Abalone
Oriental Viva is a very grand and high class restaurant. The environment is very comfortable and the customer service is very good. This abalone is a dish with consider as grand and expensive food for Chinese. This abalone consider as big and it is very fresh. It is chewy and cooked till just nice, so it wont become hard. You can taste the sweetness from the fresh of this abalone. The special home made sauce is not strong taste but it make the abalone more delicious.

Durian Snow Ice
Tong Pak Fu is a Hong Kong style desset restaurant which served many different kind of dessert. This is durian snow ice. The snow ice is very silky and soft with is durian flavour. The ice melting fast so it is very good feel when put the ice inside your mouth. There is conflake and some jelly with the snow ice. The conflake is crispy. This dessert is in very strong and heavy taste of durian. It is really cooling dessert in hot weather.

Curry Chicken Rice
This is a quite famous restaurant in Wangsa Maju. This is Curry Chicken Rice and the rice portion is big but the curry chicken is not enough to eat together with the rice. The curry smell good with the coconut milk, a bit spicy, taste not bad. The chicken is juicy but did not have many meat. Somemore, the chicken feel not very fresh but the curry sauce can cover the taste. The rice is sticky and the taste is just so so. Overall, this curry chicken rice taste ok only .

Roasted Pig
Restaurant Oriental Viva is a very grand Chinese style restaurant. There is quite lots of choice of traditional Chinese food. This is the roasted pig which Chinese had this for celebration. It roasted in very balance as you can see from the pictured that it is in golden colour and well presentation. The skin is very crispy and with the sesame, so it taste very good. The pork is juicy and not dry. It smell really good and this can eat with bread with special sauce which the restaurant served. The special home made sauce make it more tastier.

Signature fried pork
Fu Gua Thong Restaurant is famous of bitter gourd soup with many choice of side dishes. This is their signature side dish- Deep Fried pork slide. The pork fried till crispy and i like the burn taste because it made the pork slide more delicious and smell nicer. The pork is 5 marinated with their special sauce for hours, so that the meat is absorb the flavour in very balance. Overall, it is very delicious and nice combination with the bitter gourd soup.
