Cendol is my love! The taste of Malacca Sugar is so fragrant and intense
Speaking about malacca sugar, it is indispensable in making local kuih-muih or desserts. Malacca sugar or gula melaka is actually made by the sap collected from the coconut tree or arenga pinnata palm.
Have tried the cendol at Jonker street
due to the crowd and limited capacity of the shop on the first day, we visited on another time (imagine the long queue and cramped shop). Ordered durian cendol =D The Malacca sugar used here is very concentrated but it's a little too sweet for me.
The small shop lol Be ready if you're visiting during weekend or holiday!
The service is kinda fast and price is quite cheap
Do give it a try when you visit Malacca.
