I like to eat escargot a lot. They are covered by the heavy cheese and some garlic. Then the escargot taste like chicken or cockles. If you don't think of they are the slow snail crawling around your garden, they are actually one of the best food you can have. You can eat the sauce with garlic bread too.

I like to eat Korean BBQ. You wrap it in cabbage, add in some sour plum flour, some sauce here and there. Make your own version of popiah. Then put it into your mouth. When the pork blast off in your mouth, the pork taste immediately flow surround your mouth. It taste so nice and crunchy. I really enjoy eating korea bbq.

Korean food always comes with lots of side dish. The side dish can be varied day to day. But then one dish you can never escape is the kim chi. The kim chi here actually is a bit lack of taste. It taste a bit spicy and sourish. But still not like the one i ate at korea. The bean curd is one of the side dish I love the most.

This is one of their indonesian side dish. Basically they wrapped everything together in flour then deep fried in. I like to dip with their sambal because it makes it very spicy and extra delicious. But then sometimes this dish will give you the oily smell. So best is still use the spicy sambal to cover the smell.

If I close my eyes and eat this otak-otak, I will give a full marks. But then by the time when I open my eyes and look at the size of the otak otak, i feel so sad. The size is really extremely small. It's like you can finish off within two spoon. The taste is really there. The texture is soft too. As I said, it's either you eat it with your eyes close or open.
