Blackcurrant Juice

This tall glass of iced blackcurrant juice definitely comes welcome especially on a hot sunny day, what’s more where you are spending you leisure noon on a sandy beach? The place is quite relaxing and you get to enjoy the cool sea breeze from the front of the café while sipping this chilling beverage. The consistency is done just nice so that as ice melts, it helps to maintain the level of sweetness. Full of zest and is quite citrusy too. You could also bring along any books to accompany you while cooling off your body with the drink lol

Omelette

One must-have dish on any breakfast buffet is none other than freshly cooked omelette. I actually miss out this the first day when I was here, but glad finally get a taste on the following day. It is prepared fresh the moment you relate your request to the chef at the dining area. I suppose this would be mainly vegetable omelettes as I can see my egg is being flooded with the many assorted greens lol Anyway, it is still nice and delectable to the palate, although my favourite cheese is missing here, but couldn’t complain much right? Nom nom……

Cereals & Milk Corner OK Sep 10, 2013   (Related Review)

Cereals & Milk Corner

I always like to kick off my fabulous outing day in my every escapade with some healthy diet, so that I won’t be feeling so guilty for the many indulgence I gonna take on later of the day lol Well, I wish there were some muesli oats at this cereals corner to compliment my breakkie, but only those common flakes are available like cocoa crunch, honey stars , and other types. Nonetheless, no complain about it as it is still quite decent and it would be inapprioprate and a tad injustice to compare it with those hotels. So am still pretty happy with these humble and crunchy cereals, swimming freely in my favourite beverage again, milk! lol

Tom Yam

Most of us would welcome any spicy and sour food for it is really appetizing. But trust me, you might want to give this Tom Yam dish served here a second thought. It’s really spicy not instantly, but aftertaste lol For me who is has a milder spiciness tolerance, needless to say, my face is being moisture with sweat in no time tongue But the food is really delicious. The soup is made with the right consistency of spiciness and the fragrance form the pamelo leaves, coupled with fresh seafood like squids, prawns and many more. Best served with white rice and prepare yourself with tissue beforehand too tongue

Begedil and Banana Fritters

It has been a norm over here to have some snacks during tea time. Somehow, we tend to binge on food after lunch time and start to yearn for finger food, especially fried stuffs lol Staying in Malaysia is definitely a blissful when it comes to 24 hours of food availability tongue At here, you can get a decent array of local Malay delights such as this Fried Banana Fritters. Unlike those sold in the city nowadays, the one served here is more genuine with slightly bigger portion. Taste wise still not too bad and I quite like the ‘begedil’, which is Malaysian deep fried potato patty. It is very soft and mushy like mashed potato. But it can be tad oily, still, I always love potato-themed recipes smile
