After taking a boat ride from Perhentian Island to Kuala Besut Jetty, we decided to head to the town of Kota Bharu before heading back home. It is my first time stepping on this land, although my dad used to there on work purposes
Local delights are not the be missed should you want to immerse yourselves with the culture here. And so, we saw a stall selling the familiar snack that we used to eat, Keropok Lekor. Apparently, the keropok lekor here is much bigger size and less floury. It is fried till slightly crispy on the outside while decently soft within. You will still get to taste the fish flavor in this fried fritters.
