Fried Brinjal and Shrimp

There are indeed thousands of hundred unique way of dishing up a good plate of shrimp dish. Not only that is mouthwatering, but each bites of the shrimps is just so rewarding. Aside from stir-frying the shrimps, some brinjals are also added into the wok too. Unlike the normal bigger chunk cut, this version would have the brinjals being diced smaller so it will blend it evenly in the savoury sauce alongside fragrant and juicy shrimps. Those who love brinjals would enjoy this dish and best paired with a bowl of white rice.

Fried Squid Smile Sep 11, 2013

Fried Squid

This would always remain one of the must-order dish whenever dining here. The fried squid is none other than very tangy and real crispy on the outside. Seems like the seafood has really been battered with adequate and a good mixture of flour and bread crumbs. It is very crispy and guiltily addictive. Good to go with some Thai chilli sauce or just mayonnaise would be just nice.

Clear Soup Noodle OK Sep 11, 2013

Clear Soup Noodle

Instead of the usual hot and spicy or coconut milk-rich noodle, it is also good to go easy at times with some clear soup noodle. This will do good to your stomach too lol This bowl of simple fare should suit all taste buds in general. It is not spicy, comes with tangy chicken breast, sprinkles of chopped parsley with fried garlic and onion to improve the overall aroma. Only the soup is bit peppery and comes with slight aroma of spices.

Nasi Ayam OK Sep 11, 2013

Chicken rice seems to be the most accessible and easiest to reach whenever you are plalnning to have a quick grab, especially when you are clueless of what going to have for your lunch. This chicken rice prepared by Malay cook taste slightly different from the usual Oriental method. The oil rice comes with more spice aroma in it, then paired with fragrantly roasted chicken meat. Chicken meat is very juicy and tender, making it very succulent indeed. Oh ya, do remember to couple it with some sourish but appetizing chilli sauce.

Curry Mee  OK Sep 11, 2013

When my kins from Singapore came to visit us, we brought them to this little town to try out the unique curry mee here, that is enjoyed by most folks. I have one aunt that hails from KL, who whenever passing by this town would definitely stop by to get some nostalgic flavor over here.
The curry mee sold here is quite different from those you would find in big city like KL. This noodle or rather vermicelli-noodle ( my personal preference), comes in a clear soup that has been boiled with mackerel fish. Naturally, the soup is really nice and sweet. Usually, I would come later in the morning so I can enjoy the flavourful soup, that has been boiled since early morning lol It’s very nice and simple homey fare.
