We welcome the most basic fare of western food; Chicken Chop by James Foo. At once glance, I actually thought it’s an order delivered mistakenly for it resembles Hainanese Chicken Chop to me. Later do I realize that this is the style over here as there is no specific indication of how the recipe going to look like. Nevertheless, the chicken chop is pretty well done. Crispy on the outside while remains tender in the inside. Some savory sauce has also been added to reduce the level of dryness of the dish. I wonder could I change to black pepper sauce the next round for better kick
