This chinese bun or fondly know as ‘Tai Pau’ has been accompanying me since young. This literally known as ‘Big Bun’, is the biggest pau amongst the other bun varieties and the main ingredient is of meaty fare. You will find slices of egg hidden inside among the chunky meat, which had been adequately marinated. They were savoury and occasionally juices would come dropping down as you bite on them. It is quite full to a lass, but my bro could easily gobble up the whole bun by himself
