说起汉堡包,大家或许会想到麦当劳或其他品牌的汉堡,然而时下最热门的汉堡非他莫属了!为何这么说呢?因为他们在下午5时才开始营业,但到了晚上8时他们就可以销罄了。既然它最近那么火红,好奇的我当然不会错过机会去尝试一番,看看它的背后到底隐藏了什么玄机,让它在短短的几个月内可以如此成功?

由于不熟悉那里附近的地方,所以跟一大班同事约好了在放工后才一起去。一进到去只看见小小的店铺里挤满了许多人,喧哗声不断,热闹极了!我们赶紧在柜台先order了我们所要的汉堡,然后再慢慢等座位。

那里的环境让我觉得有一种非常年轻化的感觉,一班工作人员都是年轻人,亲切又有礼貌,让人感觉很窝心。

除此之外,一切设计与布置的概念都十分创新,例如:没有什么餐牌,而选择了使用粉笔把每样汉堡的资料写在黑板上,犹如回到那些年上学的时光~smile

 
他们甚至连洗手间外的墙壁也使用了创意的方法把一些文字帖在墙壁上,让大家在照镜子时会看到文字反射在镜子上,让人不禁一笑。

 
我们大约等了二十分钟后,新鲜热辣辣的汉堡终于拿到手了!这就是我的汉堡啦~A+ Chicken

 
我的汉堡里包括了鸡胸肉,不会太重口味的切达干酪,非常多汁的焦糖洋葱,香菇与金针菇以及新鲜的蔬菜。虽然鸡胸肉很滑,但是没有什么味道,而且太干了,我还要一边吃一边喝水呢!但值得赞赏的是汉堡所使用的黑炭面包,真的很软,很好吃!此外,它的薯条是非常长与香脆,但可能我吃不习惯撒在薯条上的草本香料,所以也没有太喜欢。 虽然汉堡本身没有太大,但吃了薯条后觉得超腻的!
整体而言我觉得这个汉堡其实也没有太特别,可能是因为他们较专注于牛肉汉堡上,所以我觉得鸡肉汉堡还可以有更多的进步空间。

A new cuisine in my life again, this time turns to Szechuan cuisine. Once the food being served and I just realize that the dish cooked was added in with a huge amount of big green and red chilies pepper. For Szechuan dish, I can taste a strong and strange taste where not everyone will able to accept on it. The spare ribs were tasty but a bit too dry and quite hard to bite it. The thing that I prefer and feel special on this dish was the sweet corn as the sweet corns were being fried and it was my first time ate fried sweet corns. A simple sweet corn that being fried was crispy on outside and juicy on inside.

Trying out the pizza with the same name as this restaurant—Prego. The ingredients of this pizza included red onions jam and some olives on it and the most important thing is the lobster! Oh ya, is lobster pizza. tongue It was my first time to try out a so rich pizza. This thin crust pizza was excellent as it won’t too cheesy and the lobster given was so fresh, juicy and big in size. Meanwhile, I like the red onions jam on top of it, it makes the whole pizza taste more delicious.

Having farewell party with my colleague at here and it was first time patronized to this restaurant. Ordered a plate of pasta which named “Pollo E Piselle” where smoked chicken and fresh peas cooked with white sauce. For the pasta you can have the choice to choose either short or long or house made one. In the end, I had chosen the long to extra long spaghetti as my meal. The pasta was really super creamy and make me so full after ate it. Besides, the smoked chicken was tender and nice to eat too.

Another healthy dim sum I like is this Steamed Glutinous Rice with Lotus Leave. Although the color of glutinous rice is the original white color but it still flavorful when eat together with the mushroom and beans & nuts inside of it. The glutinous rice is steamed well as it was soft and not too sticky. Besides, steamed with lotus leave is another credit too as you can taste the fragrant smell of lotus leave from the glutinous rice.
