At a busy street's corner, there is this Allo Paris where its easily missed. There was a shop selling exotic car next to the restaurant and usually when I pass by will look at the cars instead of the restaurant. Well as a first timer for French food in Malaysia, I have no idea what to order or simply because everything in the menu is great.As for the appetizer, ordered a Ahi tuna. Its a dish I use to only see it on tv but not really tasted it before. I got this lucky chance to give it a try. The fish goes well the the home made wasabi and ginger sauce. Its not spicy and yet at the salty side. It does help to give the Tuna flavour and the mix of ginger and wasabi was excellent. Follow up with the Onion soup. Its good in the sense of the soup is nice and flavourful. I think its salty and the piece of bread on it wasn't considered special. Would love if there are more cheese instead of a timid piece of baguette. This dish was a hit to me. The pancake was light and the there is a very strong taste of egg in the batter. The duck on it was nice too. Cooked to a perfect pink I was actually attracted to the Yuzu sauce they serve with the Salmon. It was some sourish and tangy sauce to go with the salmon. Salmon is quite a fatty fish and the sourish in the sauce have balance the taste of the fish. Also not to forget the fennel salad on top enhance the flavour of the salmon

Overall, the dinner was satisfying and with the bill comes to be less than Rm80 for this meal. I think its worth it for a 2 person dinner at such an environment and the fusion food.

Been wondering what so great of this Hokkaido cake ever since someone telling me that its so soft and fluffy. Looking at price tag and thinking of if its good to spend the money for such a small cake.

My review here will start with the service attitude of the waitress there. As a normal scene at this modern century, people just couldn't left their phone aside even before, when and after serving customer. My arrival was standing there staring at the Hokkaido cake and she just press away. Until I ask for the cake and she was kinda want to answer me and finally I bought it. She straight away continue with the SMS or whatever. Erm I suppose my Rm16++ for the cake is including her salary not ?~

Well continue with the cake, I bought the Strawberry flavour cake and look at the cream! Its bursting out

To be frank, its really the first time eating such cake that are soft and light. The cake it self is worth a praise. The disappointment for me is the cream flavour. I think the cream tasted too artificial. The strawberry scent was somehow I think was like 'plastic' and creamy.

Apart from the terrible service behaviour, the cake was fine except for the cream. Might try the vanilla flavour someday I guess.

Been seeing lots of great reviews and very nice pictures by fellow Openricer and so happen went to Tokyo street today, decide to give it a try. Bought 2 dessert for Rm4.50 each. The first was Marjolaine. I find it just so-so and its dry. When eating it, can feel there are several layer of different texture in between. Definitely can taste almond and chocolate cream. Other than that, Its just another piece of cake for me.

The second piece was a rich in chocolate and top with a Macaroon cake. There was a little accident and the macaroon fell off but still can taste it. It is similar to those rich chocolate cake (minus the macaroon) you can eat at any buffet restaurant out there. Overall, Kinda disappointed it din't happen to what I am exacting it to be apart from the nice design of the cake.

Pork burger! anyone??? Yeah its rare in Malaysia to find Pork burger and surprisingly they serve non-halal burger at such a high rent place.

From outside, it look like a pub kind of place and once seated, the waiter bring us a menu. There are a few pre set combination to choose from and also people can build their own burger. Table full of sauce and seasoning.They serve Little Creature here! Beer go with Pork burger! Nice!My Mahalo. Pork Patty and bacon with grilled pineapple, caramel onion and cheese. The pork patty was very juicy and thick. Very thick! The burger was quite large portion and I need to separate it to eat. Pineapple was nicely grilled too and its sweet. Overall with the big fries, I got so full after eating that.

Price wise was quite on the high side for burger outlet with not much fantastic service. Call for a bill and take for quite some time to come over and have to go to counter to settle. At the very least, its Pork!

Mr.Bean?.. Nice name Just opened recently at The Curve and people are queuing up for their soya milk

Gotten myself a try of their food. Their pancake have the Mr.Bean stamped on and looks interesting outside. Packaging is nice as well. Simple Bought the Custard flavour and try... hmm not much taste for the filling. The Pancake was soft and I think the only downside is the custard not giving much flavour. Prefer it to be much sweeter or stronger custard taste. Meantime, also got their Tofufa with rice balls. The rice balls was frozen from supermarket and was nothing really special. The tofufa was soft and nice. They also add in soya milk instead of usual sugar which is a plus.They let me sample their Ice cream which is made from soy milk. Taste great! So in the end. The best of all is their Frozen soy milk ice cream that they let me taste.

Price wise, I suppose it is rather expansive compare than usual soya milk and there are better ones out there at the roadsides.
