La Creperie de Caroline OK Mar 17, 2014

Categories : French | Restaurant | Sweets/Snack

We had decided to give it a try when we saw it at Living Social. They’re having promotions now!
Deal : Sweet Crepe + drink
Savory Crepe + drink + salad

We went to La Creperie de Caroline after dined in at Three Little Pigs & The Big BadWolf.
We walked a big turn when the shop is just located opposite of Tous Les Jours. ><!
At last, we've safely reached to here.

It was our first time to dine-in. The boss, Miss Caroline handed out the menu to us while smiling. She is indeed a very beautiful lady. The services at there were good too. *thumbs up*

We have been to there for the first time after heard a lot of comments from others about their ‘special’ menu.

The Wolf’s Favorite

At first, we were finding this place after walked from Bangsar Village II to Bangsar Village I for half an hour. We didn't know that the restaurant is located inside the Cold Storage till we asked and walked again.

Finally!! It is located just right beside organic department. There’s a SECRET DOOR to there too.
The moment we sat, I get to smell the strong tomato sauce from a customer‘s dish who sat next to us. It made me felt so hungry at that moment. @_@
So, we faster browsed through the menu and ordered it fast! Because we were too hungry due to after class and were finding this place for quite some time.

The Wolf's Favourite

The Wolf's Favourite

Spaghetti with creamy sauce, smoked pork bacon, button mushroom, crispy bacon bits and topped with poached egg. The poached egg is similar with the one in Antipodean.
The spaghetti and sauce cooked is just right. I love their smoked pork bacon instead of crispy bacon bits. *thumbs up*
Grilled Pork Pesto

Grilled Pork Pesto

Spaghetti cooked with their homemade pesto sauce and topped with chunks of grilled pork (cubes).i I personally love the pork in cubes! *yummy* However, it is not as good as The Wolf’s Favorite.

Categories : Western variety | Café | Sweets/Snack

I've been hearing about this for a year. So we decided to have a try at there.
It was just near to Antipodean Cafe. We walked from Antipodean Cafe to here.
Fortunately there were not so crowded at that moment. By the time we wanted to go out, there was a long queue for it. *lucky us*

This shop is specialized in serving CHOCOLATE desserts.
There are 2 areas, smoking and non-smoking areas.

The aroma of chocolate in the atmosphere can be smelled once stepped into the shop. It is definitely the right place for CHOCOLATE LOVER to dine-in.

If you can’t decide what to order, Dip N Dip can help you via this! =)
Triple Chocolate Crepe

Triple Chocolate Crepe

Indeed, it is one of the most popular desserts at here. It’s very rich in chocolate. Few layered of thin crepe is folded and covered with a layer of milk chocolate, dark chocolate and white chocolate.
Definitely worth a try. There’s another dessert which similar to this, Brownies Crepe. *recommended*
Waffle Stick

Waffle Stick

Waffle dipped in chocolate. The chocolate tasted like kit-kat? I’ve no idea as the chocolate was delicious despite the size of it. *recommended*
Black Tea

Black Tea

It tasted like syrup, he said. For me, it is just a normal tea with different aroma. And it is refillable too.

Recommended Dish(es):  Waffle Stick

Spending per head: Approximately RM17(下午茶)

At last we were able to dine-in to here, A.N.T.I.P.O.D.E.A.N. !!
We’ve been searching for this place by using Papago (map)
We reached to here quite fast, unfortunately we spent some time to find parking, 30minutes perhaps? >< Cuz it was really fully parked by others. With no choice, we parked it in Bangsar Village mall. At there, we were finding parking because there were lots of cars waiting for the slots too. Seriously headache at that moment, but no choice as we’ve been craving for it for a long time.
Then, we walked to the restaurant at Jalan Telawi 2.
It is located near to Yeast Restaurant.
There were lots of people when we went in. Fortunately we were able to find a place.

The services at there were good too. One of the staff came and asked us whether we are satisfied with the food or not. Good services. *thumbs up*

Mini Playground

Mini Playground

We sat near to a children’s mini playground. It is occupied by toys, this definitely will get to attract them.

The menu is on the wall where you need t o walk to the center and look at the board.
Big Breakfast

Big Breakfast

This is the MUST-TRY dish whenever you dine-in to here. It is big in portion where it can be shared by 2 people. I personally love the egg cooked with cheese and mushrooms. And BACON too!! *recommended*
Egg Benedict

Egg Benedict

The egg Benedict is served with bacon, salad and bread. To be honest, I’m not impressed by it. The egg just tasted like normal egg where you can cook by yourself.
However, thumbs up for the bacon. The bacon tasted very delicious!!

Tous les Jours@Bangsar OK Feb 12, 2014

Categories : Korean | French | Sweets/Snack | Bakery / Cake / Kuih

Tous les Jours (TLJ) is pronounce as 'Too-Leh-Joo' which means 'everyday' in French language.
It is a combination of French and Korean bakery.
There are varieties of bread and cakes to be chosen. I was amazed by it as I do love pastries.
The aroma of bread captivated my heart.
Definitely will visit again.
Red Velvet Cake

Red Velvet Cake

Indeed, the softness of the sponge cake is just right. It is coated with a layer of cream cheese (perhaps?) and a tiny little bar of chocolate which written ‘Tous lesJours’ on it. The cake is not too sweet too. We will definitely come back for this cake again. *recommended*
