The restaurant was quite big and there were already many patrons when we reached there as it's lunch time. One good thing is that there are many tables in the restaurant so we did not need to queue long. It was noisy but I kind of like the way the workers welcomed us warmly. For those who do not like squeezing, I don't recommend you this restaurant as it was a bit crowded.

We waited for quite long until we were served with the menu. After much consideration, we(three of us) ordered some recommendation of the shop-Tomato Fried Egg with Fish set meal, Three varieties Supreme Diced Chicken set meal and the Pork Leg set meal( not sure of the name). Looking at the dishes served, ohhhhhhh...they are appetizing! And they really came out to be super delicious.

At the same time we also ended up super stuffed.

Yet super satisfied.

It's a restaurant situated in the newly-opened Paradigm Mall. I've walked passed it for many times in 1 Utama but this was the first time I entered the restaurant as I was so longed for fish and chips. There were three of us, and we were welcomed warmly by the workers there. The service was great. It was not too long until we were served with the menu and were told that the recommendation of the day is Seafood Baked Rice.

However, we did not take the recommended dish but had chosen the Seafood Platter for 2. We reckoned it would be sufficient for three of us as we were not too hungry that time Plus it is stated in the menu that the platter won an award and consists of tiger prawns, fillet, calamari, rice and chips, which is what we aimed for that night. So, it went naturally that we ordered the dish. Of course, they are still many other choices. They serve all kinds of seafood with attractive pictures. As for drinks, we ordered a Kola Tonic.

While waiting to be served with the food, I looked around and found that the environment was calming and comfortable. The workers are very friendly and the tables are suitable for family dining, couple dating and even friends gathering too. Everything was right until the food was served. All the seafood was okay except for the calamari rings and the rice. They tasted wierd And the unsatisfying platter costed us RM48.90. However, the drink was nice and the environment was great.

My sister and I had our brunch at the nicely decorated restaurant-The Wok Cafe. The decoration in the restaurant are of Nyonya style and there is a television playing the Singapore drama"Little Nyonya". Antiques, pictures and signature of known actors, old grandfather clock, a picture of an old man, wooden plaque are used as the decorators of the restaurant. The wall is made up of wood, and the workers are wearing tradisional-like uniform. Stepping into the restaurant, I feel like it is my responsible to lower my voice, as it seems like a very respectful place, where my grandparents once lived when they were still alive.

The foods served are familiar to me, as my mother also cooks them oftenly. The taste is more to salty, like the usual Chinese food. We ordered Hong Bak and a plate of Siu Pak Choi, and concluded that the food is quite salty. The food tasted OK but eating in the restaurant would definitely be an enjoyment for everyone.

It's the last day of the promotion where the price for a plate of Fish & Chips is only RM6.99!

We queued for quite a long time as there were four of us and it needed time for the workers to adjust seats for us. But it's all worth it as the taste of Fish & Chips does not turn bad due to the overwhelming customers throughout the week. The workers are still friendly after a whole day of work as they came to serve us very diligently. Don't forget, the drinks in the shop can be refilled

The fish are soft and there are three big pieces of fish on our plates! It's totally worth waiting for so long. We required for tartare sauce and the sauce turned out to be so delicious and it made my dinner fulfilling.It's a regret that that was the last day of the promotion. If not, I would like to have my every dinner within the week at the Manhattan Fish Market!

It was 6.30pm by the time I reached the stall and there was no customer around. The cashier greeted me with Japanese words, accompanied by a bright smile. Guess she is a Malaysian,but Ochado required her to speak Japanese to the customers. I said so because she can understand my order which is in Mandarin

The choices were not as varied compared to the other bubble tea stalls in Malaysia, but it seems the quality of the bubble tea is the best in the bubble tea I have tried before. It tasted so nice that I went for another cup on the next day. Moreover, the customers can choose the level of sugar whether they want 100% sugar, 75% (recommended), 50% or 25% sugar. On the first day, I tried a 75% as it is written there'recommended'. The drinks turned out to be sweet but nice. So, I tried a 50% on the second day but it turned out to be not as delicious as the first trial. Hence I guess a 100% would be the nicest among all, perhaps.

I ordered the original Ochado Roasted Pearl Milk Tea. There's a promotion from 19 March-15 April 2012,12pm-6pm, where we can choose the flavour of the day which costs only RM4.90 each cup, which is RM1 cheaper than the normal price. As the promotion ends at 6pm and I reached there at 6.30pm, I missed the opportunity

After ordering, I waited for around a minute and the drink is ready. The service is super fast and the workers are very friendly. Lastly, something special about Ochado is that the black pearl is unexpectedly tremendous. For every suck of the bubble tea, I can get at least 5 pearls pulled into in my mouth. Yes, this is TRUE! Try it and you know the feeling!
