The Pork Sausages with Cheese Pretzel is served with four medium size grilled pork sausage along with cheese mashed potatoe and Sauerkraut. It was my first time trying mashed potatoe in cheese flavour and it does amaze me somehow. I especially love the cheesy taste on the creamy and smooth mash potatoe. The pork sausage was infused with rich flavour and strong scent where each bit is equal to total satisfaction.

So for the main course I ordered the Nurnberger chicken sausages simply because it look great and filled the entire plate on the menu, and thank God for that it look almost alike when presented. The dish consist of 3 medium length but 'fatty' width size chicken sausage, four slices of pretzel, hot fries, and salad. The grilled chicken sausage was good and it is juicy and tasty while the pretzel was slightly hard for me. But then I have no issue finishing the delicious plate of combined great food.

Always start your meal green, that's what I've been taught since young, and whenever there's a pack of us dining together, I would be the one who order a salad to share and judging that we will be having a heavy meal I ordered the mozzarella salad , something green without meat. The vegetable in the salad was fresh and crunch with cheesy and mild creamy taste. Although salad usually taste more or less the same, it is really appetizing while waiting for the main course to arrive.

The fried squid here comes with various flavour from oatmeal to salted egg yolk to even western style, but we order the normal fried squid as we had ordered a lot of other heavy flavour dishes. This dish may be one of the simplest dish of all but the key element to make it delicious is the fresh squid that was used. Every bite from the beginning to the eat is crunchy and I like the chilli sauce that came with it for a mild spicy in taste. Best part of the dish, it wasn't oily as expected.

The Deep Fried Fish with Sweet & Sour Sauce is where the cleaned and sliced chunk of fish are being deep fried until crispy brown before stir fried with sweet and sour sauce. The crucial part of this dish is the timing, if it is serves slow after done cooking, the outer layer of the fish might become soggy. Glad that we receive this dish immediately after it is done. The crispy texture of the fish is indeed appetizing and the meat was of course fresh. The sauce had a good balance where neither side of the taste overwhelm one another.
