Salwa Mee Udang located just next to “Lover Bridge”, but sadly “Lover Bridge” was now closed due to poor condition.
We ordered one plate of Mee Udang only as we know the price is expensive and we just finish Balik Pulau Laksa .

y the time we reach at around 5pm, chef is yet to be ready and we are the first customer as well. So we walk around the beach and taking some photo, nice view in this fishing village with a lot of boats.
Salwa Mee Udang not only serving Mee Udang instead they served Kari Ketam, Udang, pari…and a lot more, more toward Chu Cha style but famous for their Mee Udang.

When the Mee Udang served, we will surprise and asking each other where is the prawn? After some digging and finding we just realize they put prawns under the mee, why not on top for good presentation? Weird.

We found 6 big white prawns and arrange it nicely for photographing purpose, else our reader sure curve why we eat mee kosong. Right?

This restaurant was located at Krystal Point, you can easily get parking beside the road or further up there is a parking lot.

Good ambient and nice decoration.

Seafood Tomato Soup, few small pieces of fish meat cooked in homemade spicy tomato soup. Just normal but prefer if they could add more fish meat or squid.

Aglio-Olio Prawn Pasta, Pasta cook with white prawn, garlis, red cut chili and olive oil. I was quite dissapointed with the pasta.

Seafood Tomyam Pasta, Stir fried seafood in rich and spicy Tom Yam Paste, It not really taste like Tom Yam instead is more toward heavy tomato taste. Normal.

Oyster Sauce Vegetable, boiled vegetable with oyster sauce and fried garlic on top. Vegetable is crunchy but less oyster sauce make it no flavor, luckily some garlic on top help to boost a little bit of taste.

Dry Bak Kut The (Medium ~ RM20), the biggest difference with normal Bah Kut Teh obviously, the lack of herbal soup. Inside this claypot is more or less the same ingredients with soup Bak Kut Teh, pork, pork ball, pork stomach..etc.

Visited Cia Xiang Seafood Restaurant sometime ago and sorry for the poor image as it was taken with my N5800. Read a few blogger comment on this restaurant, mix feedback from few blogger hence I decide to try it out myself.

For sure Claypot Crab Rice  is a must, their most popular dish. Like other said, the rice is actually tasteless and hard while the crab is good which is fresh and sweet. Guess we are going on the right season for fresh crab.

Sizzling Squid , squid cook with dark soy sauce in sizzling plate. Right timing on cook time for squid, squid is soft and tender but the sauce is just salty and nothing much.

Kam Heong Mantis Prawn , mantis prawn is super small and flour is more than mantis prawn, not really taste like normal Kam Heong as well.
