Big Bowl Smile Dec 31, 2013
Categories : Chinese | Restaurant | Noodles

Dry Hokkien Mee with Pork is one of their signature dishes. Bee Hoon and Yellow Noodles were cooked with broth to extract the essence of the crab; topped with Braised Pork, Hard Boiled Egg, Water Spinach, Sprouts, Shrimps and Fish Balls. Great on its own is their home-made Chili Paste. However, the noodles were slightly over-cooked and soggy.

Victoria Sweet Pastry OK Dec 31, 2013

Categories : French | Café | Sweets/Snack | Bakery / Cake / Kuih

The Chocolate Coffee Macaron is beautifully layered with some Almonds, Pumpkin Seeds and Walnuts in between; a layered dimension of crunchy yet creamy. It was sweet but not cloying sweet with a bitter end. Other flavors available were Orange, Mixed Berries and Green Tea.

Mantis Prawn Hokkien Mee Smile Dec 31, 2013

Categories : Malaysian variety | Food court

Seang Lim Mantis Prawn Hokkien Mee is definitely one of the must-have. Seang Lim uses Mantis Prawns, bringing the both the flavor and texture to a whole new level.

For hours of boiling to extract the essence, the Mantis Prawn Hokkien Mee is a burst of seafood sweetness. Additionally, the crumbly Mantis Prawns improves the flavor of dish.

Brown Pocket offers an array of desserts comprises of Waffles, Crepe and imported Ice Cream. The place has a very good ambiance with spacious and comfortable seating which exude a relaxed vibe and offers a breath-taking view.

The

comes two Waffles and 3 types of Chocolate and 2 scoops of Ice Cream The Waffles had a good crisp. We had the Waffles dribbled with their Chocolate sauces but I thought they were just okay.

Mee Rebus & Mee Goreng Smile Dec 30, 2013
Share on TwitterShare on Facebook
Categories : Chinese | Food court | Noodles

The award-winning Indian-Muslim Mee Goreng is famous for its good quality and reasonable price. Another worth-trying dish would be Pasembur which is also commonly known as Indian Rojak. There were quite a number of office workers still patronizing the place during my visit.
