Tau Foo Fa is one of my favourite Hong Kong style dessert. I love the smooth and velvety texture of the tau foo fa. This tau foo fa has a very strong soy bean flavour. When eaten with gula melaka, it is simply divine. Tau foo fa is best eaten while hot.

Kimberly Street Koay Chap serves one of the best Koay Chap in Penang. I have been eating in this shop since child. Duck Koay Chap served with duck meat, duck blood, pig ear, and pig intestines.

Koay Chap is broad rice noodles with braised meats and innards. Koay Chap is similar to kuey teow but it is thicker. When eaten with the braised meats and innards, it is simply divine and scrumptious. The meats and innards are so tender and fresh complemented by the herbal soup. The price is very reasonable.

Hui Lau Shan is a dessert shop that is selling a wide variety of desserts. There are many branches and this one is located at Gurney Plaza.Mini chocolate crisp
This mini chocolate crisp is crunchy on the top and bottom layer and the middle layer is rich in chocolate. I would recommend this dish to you all.

This bento set consist of fried chicken and grilled salmon. The fried chicken is topped with some mayonnaise with gives extra yummy to it. The salmon is perfectly grilled. The lemon given is used to add on the fried chicken to reduce the oily feeling.

The cream soup is very creamy and neat. The bun is very soft as it is just baked. The bun can be dipped on the soup and can be eaten just like that without the butter.
