Lovely Smoked Salmon Spaghetti  Smile Oct 10, 2013

On first impression, I thought that O' Wan Burger Haus is a Malay-style Western Restaurant, as the name suggested. But to my surprise, pasta and burgers dominated the whole menu, and not a sight of Malaysian-style pastas (localized pastas) was seenApparently, my brother heard that O'Wan Burger Haus is actually under the same management as a Western style restaurant. Logenhaus ,which is just located one row behind! The interior was simple yet spacious, with simple decor hanging on the white-washed wallOur orders arrived promptly after ordering =)

Smoked Salmon Spaghetti RM16.99
The cream cheese base sauce was creamy, flavourful & tangy, and it left me crying for more. The portion was also quite big!

Chicken, Pineapples, garlic topped with Mozarella cheese on a tomato base pizza !

This is one of the best pizza I've ever tasted! Unlike most of the pizzas out there with rubbery chicken texture, the chicken was staggeringly soft, succulent and tender. The garlic was cooked until tender, bringing out the fullest taste of the pizza taste, without being pungent at all. The crust was really thin and crunchy, jsut the way I like it. And the pineapple was really sweet and . This whole pizza is a masterpiece on its own. Just writing this blog post makes me craving for it =( Someone bring me to Publika! Or Bangsar Village II please!

The pizza has 8 slices in total. Recommended to share among 2 moderate eater, or 3 small eater

Lovely Roasted Pumpkin Smile Oct 07, 2013

Roasted Pumpkin RM10.90
"What...the skin is still attached to it?"...Little did I know, the skin was actually edible! And it was the best part of the dish! Slightly crispy, with an aromatic smokey taste.

The pumpkin flesh was really soft & fluffy! The texture reminds me of sweet potato, but it is softer and sweeter! There were also a hint of balsamic vinegar to give this dish an extra punch, along with the aromatic fire wood taste =)
Probably one of the best pumpkin dishes I had ever tasted!

What I loved most about their menu is the price =D
Most of their food item are only priced at one digit! For such a classy restaurant (is classy the right adjective?) at such a nice & strategic location, I'd say that it is very very very affordable!
It was pretty crowded and packed even though it was only 12pm
This interior is decorated like an American Style Diner , with black and white tiles contrasting with the red chair, and big French Window providing enough lighting to give a lively atmosphere

Tempura-Style Fish RM10
Generous amount of Battered Fish served with your choice of sauce (Pomodorro, Mushroom or Peppercorn) with a generous side of coleslaw & fries! This one is the mushroom sauce.
The fried fish was really crispy on the outside, soft and tender in the inside. Each bite was delightedly flavourful. It tasted perfect on its own. Despite deep fried, the dish wasn't oily at all. The sauce however, felt a little "out of place". It doesn't really go well with the dish. The coleslaw was nice and tangy.

Fire Chicken RM9
Grilled Chicken Breast with spicy mayo, cheese & coleslaw served with a side of fires

I really loved the spicy mayo. It was tangy & savoury, & blends in with the cheese well, creating a messy but memorable consistency which keeps the burger moist and flavourful. The fries are nice & crispy. I enjoyed them so much I ctually finished em all (Which is quite a rare case for me)

BB Dog (RM9)
Hot dog topped with cheddar chips, onion, a generous amount of sauteed mushroom sandwiched between a warm and fluffy hot dog bun with a side of fries.
I really liked my BB Dog. The sausage was really juicy and goes very well with the fluffy hot dog bun which was lightly buttered and toasted .

Moo Moo Beef Bowl
You can choose from 4 different sauce to go with your rice, that is, Panko Miso, Cheese Supreme, Sweet Chili Teriyaki and Malayan. This one is the Cheese Supreme. The amount of cheese is really generous .However, we find the rice a little too bland and dry =/ but the sauce and cheese was really nice!
You can add RM1 to add on a drink (choice of Green Tea, Lemon Tea or Lime Tea)

Crave, an Australian-style cafe with a really soothing interior. Soft, soothing coffee shop music playing in the background calm our senses once we set foot into the cafe.

Crave serves breakfast set from 8am-3pm which price from RM10. Each set comes with a complimentary fruit juice (choice of orange, apple and guava juice). If juice is not your cup of tea you could top up RM5 to upgrade your juice into a cup of coffee

I ordered a smoked salmon & scrambled eggs on toast set (RM15) and choose Apple Juice for the drink

The apple juice was refreshing especially on a hot sunny day when I dined in.

For the dish, look at that thick slab of smoked salmon!
Smoked Salmon & Eggs on Toast RM15

Smoked Salmon & Eggs on Toast RM15

The smoked salmon was superb, packed with an aromatic smoked smell with a suitable amount of saltiness asking you for more. The scrambled eggs were cooked to the right consistency- soft and runny, with an aromatic butter taste, just the way I like it. It'd been so much better if the portion is bigger though!
Service there was really good. The waiter kept offering us to refill our water, and was really attentive. It is a very good place to chill or hang out with friends or family. (another plus point, WiFi there was fast!)
