polo ice butter Smile Sep 19, 2013   (Related Review)

This is the first time i visited this shop where all of the bread they were selling Hong Kong famous polo bun. Can you imagine that the whole shop with only polo bun with varieties of choices.

I would strongly recommend you to try this one of their shop signature bun, polo ice butter, when you order this the shop assistant will ask whether you are going to have it now or later this is because the butter that they are using were those that just taken out from the fridge.

After taking a bite from the bun you will feel the butter melting in you mouth.

if i were to rate this i would give 8/10

This something new that is not in their menu yet, but if you ask the waitress to recommend you something she would recommend you this, minced pork burger meat.

It is actually minced pork meat which mix with a bit of 'fa diu' then steam it until it have the shape of a burger meat then later cooked with the tepanyaki sauce.

It quite nice, something special where you find it anywhere else. It also come along with some side dishes like corn and egg but abit expensive.

If i were to rate this i would give 8/10

It would fells incomplete if o went for a steamboat and the is no meat slides - i mean pork slices.

The pork slices here were so delicious, you can clearly see from the photo there is at least two different layer on every slides of the meat, and it is not too thin were when you eat it you can still feel the meat, the important thing is you will feel like the meat melt in you mouth when you out it in.

Another thing you can try to eat with the meat is their own signature chili sauce, the chili sauce were make from green chili and some lime inside. something special that you can not find anywhere else

Shabu Shabu Smile Sep 06, 2013

Another steamboat place where i found at kepong - this shabu shabu restaurant is slightly abit different compare to the others as they do provide the normal type steamboat style where everyone is using the same pot to cook their food.

They do provide those normal type shabu shabu style where every one will have their own individual pot but here they will let their customer to choose which type they wan.

Their food were those ala carte style where you order what you want.

If i were to rate this i would probably give 8/10

This is the dish that you probably will have during or before the Chinese New Year. - Yu Shang,

Who would think that i take this in a japanese restaurant - Sushi King

Every year Sushi King will be doing different promotion on yu shang but this is the first time i try it here, although it looks simple but the salmon slide that they have were really fresh - maybe because they have the good stock with them

if i were to rate this i would give 9/10
