Opening meal OK Sep 20, 2013

Went to this praying dinner at a temple last week where the food were prepared by this restaurant from Sekinchan.

This is the first dish that were serve to us, i thought that it would be a vegetarian dinner but not to i know there is meat and it feels just like having a chinese wedding dinner here, the special thinga with their opening set is where they use mainly seafood as their choice.

From the photo you can clearly see there is small crab shell but the crab meat were taken out replace with minced pork meat and fried. the whole dish does not taste so nice as it taste plain the one i like the most is the fried egg.

If i were to rate this i would give 7/10

This is a buffet steamboat but they did not put the food on a food bar instead they give us a menu and we are expected to order it from the menu, i ordered this prawn where i expected it to be raw prawn where i can cook it in the soup but not to i expected it was cooked when it were served - grilled.

The prawn were fresh as i peel of the skin it come out easily, normally fresh prawn's skin is easier to peel compare to those not fresh as it will stick to the skin.

If i were to rate this i would give 7/10

tepanyaki chicken rice OK Sep 19, 2013

Sometimes when there is too much of choices you would find it very hard to make a choice what to eat, today i chooses to try this tepanyaki sauce chicken rice which is a japanese style chicken rice.

From the photo it can be clearly seen that there is chicken on top of the rice and some smash egg. I thought that there would be a lot of tepanyaki sauce but not to i know when i mix the rice i realize it is not enough for the bowl of rice, the rice were so dry.

If i were to rate this i would give 7/10

kong pou chicken OK Sep 19, 2013   (Related Review)

This was order by my brother for dinner today, to me the most attractive in this dish is the fried egg.

This kong pou chicken is cooked with soy sauce and dry chilli, my brother complained that they put too much dry chilli when they cook this - too less onion - that is why the hot or spicy of the dry chilli had over taken the taste of the kong pou in this dish - maybe because my brother cant take spicy thats why he complained it too spicy but to me the hotness of the sauce were still acceptable by me.

If i were to rate this dish i would give 7/10 - the chicken meat too rough

I'm just wondering when will my boyfriend get bored with this cham, no matter where he go for dinner or tea sure he will order cham.

The most special of this cham is the name in their menu where they name it coffee mixed with milk tea. do you need to elaborated it so clearly?

But to me the ratio of milk tea in this cham is too much it taste more like milk tea then cham.

If i were to rate this i would give 6/10
