What will you normally order when you went to a steamboat restaurant, steamboat ingredient for the steamboat? I would recommend you to give this a try, lam yu fried chicken wings.

This was recommended by one of my friend when we visit this restaurant, i complained that it is not a match to have fried chicken wing and steamboat at the same time. he insisted that i need to give this a try.

I tried this lam yu fried chicken wing, the skin were crispy, meat were tender and juicy - served hot, just nice. The most important thing is it is not too salty. Normally if you put too much lam yu to marinate the chicken it would be too salty this is just fine.

If i were to rate this i would give 8/10

broth

To have a nice steamboat the most important thing is to choose the right broth. I like spicy so whenever i went for a steamboat tom yam would be one of my choice, but if you wan to take something plain i would suggest you to take the chicken soup.

Taking this soup you would know whether most of the steamboat ingredient were fresh or not. especially seafood because the taste of the soup were plain you could taste the freshness of the food. Here as usual i ordered a tomyam and a chicken soup for this steamboat.

If i were to rate this i would give 8/10

udon mee Smile Dec 20, 2013

When you go to a steamboat restaurant the first thing that you would order confirm will not be this udon mee, especially when you went to a buffet style steamboat restaurant. in a buffet style steamboat restaurant you would think that this will be a waste for you to choose, it is better to choose something else more expensive.

But at here i would recommend you to try this udon mee. Leave the udon mee in the soup for around 5 minutes, take it out then mixed it with the fried onion oil that they provide, if you like it to be spicy mixed it with some chili, or you can eat it with the soup.

It definitely taste nice this i promise you, if i were to rate this i would give 8/10

There is something special about this restaurant where their waitress are dressed in costume- comic character or maid costume.

This would definitely attract alot of customer to visit this restaurant especially the guys, although their waitress did not dress up sexily, but the way they dress would give the guys some kind of imagination.

This is one of the dishes that i wont order when i'm there with my boyfriend- he hate cheese. He wont understand how delicious is it. This is a chessy chicken baked rice. Although it looks like the cheese on top of it were thick but actually it is just a thin layer of it.

The chicken were well cooked, cheese are good- just too thin.

If i were to rate this i would give 7/10

One of my favorite place to visit during the weekend for tea break, actually everyday from three pm to six pm they will serve a variety of local dishes like fried mee, fried bihon, kuih- muih, pancakes and so on for tea break.

During this tea break i had ordered this almond tong sui because my aunt told me that almond were good to sure cough so why not just give it a try. This tong sui were not too sweet you taste the taste of the red dates in the soup. but i dont really like the taste of the almond luckily the aroma of the almond were not too strong.

Besides that there is some snow fungus where you can eat it. - ope it really help with my cough.

If i were to rate this i would give 9/10
