这是他们的自己种植的有机番薯。他们的番薯是属于比较小型的。拿去蒸熟之后，切块就上桌了。番薯的皮是已经洗得很干净了的，而且它的皮非常的薄，所以可以直接吃，把皮也吃掉更有营养价值。

这一款我也不知道它的名字是什么。它是一罐粉末冲调而成的营养有机饮料。它的味道喝起来是不错的，不会不好喝，味道会有一点点想蓝藻的味道。不够又不完全一样。喝起来的口感是有点粉粉的。

这一款是他们为客人准备来做早餐的炒饭。炒饭是用糙米来炒的，里面的配料有大量的鸡蛋，长豆等等的蔬菜。蔬菜都是他们自己种的有机菜。炒饭的味道够味，不过不会令人感觉太浓烈，是非常温和的。
