主打平底锅海鲜与炸鱼的Fish & Co.，目前在雪隆区共有六家分店，而位于Pavilion KL的分店是雪隆区六家分店里坪数最大的，店内设计走的是一贯的航海休闲风，除了宽广的室内用餐区还有半户外式的用餐区。本次主要介绍Fish & Co.促销-ing的特价午餐套餐，各式优惠套餐除了店内招牌炸鱼，也包括了前菜沙拉、浓汤、意大利面等，价位走的是亲民路线，上班族工作之余想来个简便海鲜午餐的话可以列入考量

日前旧地重游，到访了不久刚迁至Bandar Puteri Puchong新店址的Plus One Shabu Shabu（原址位于1 Utama Shopping Centre）。Plus One 经营七载有余，可称得上是雪隆一带最初引进港式火锅的店家之一，老板坚持以新鲜食材入锅，并以‘一人一锅’方式为客人们提供实惠可口的港式火锅，此次在全新的店面体验熟悉的好滋味，感觉依然不错，虽然隔了一段时间但食材与汤头水准依旧，尤其我个人所爱的澳门猪骨汤依然清甜可口，还是那熟悉的味道 口说无凭，谨此献上美图以供鉴赏 一开始当然先点饮料及汤头啦，Plus One 一供提供了十八种特色汤头任君选择，总有一款会是你的心头好。以我点的澳门猪骨汤为例，清甜汤头用料诚意十足，每一锅都附上一根超大的猪大骨，据老板说每隔一段时间便会有特邀前来的中港师傅们到店里试食以确保汤头及食材之水准哦 油花分布均匀的纽西兰牛肉片及美国羊肉片，厚度刚刚好，在汤里涮个八秒即可食用，千万别涮得太老哦，不然就可惜啦 除了shabu shabu套餐，店里的单点菜色也蛮不错的哦，尤其推荐香港溏心皮蛋及香港炸鱼皮 原装进口的香港溏心皮蛋味道浓郁却不呛鼻，配上清爽微甜的腌姜片，绝对会唤醒皮蛋爱好者的味蕾 b^^d香港炸鱼皮，看似简单的鱼皮稍微酥炸后便上桌，但厉害的是就算冷了也依然酥脆，不必配沾酱单吃便很好吃了 b^^d除了单吃品尝食材的原味之外，店里的酱料也各有特色，可依照老板的标示与不同的食材搭配，让口感更有层次。石斑鱼片，厚切新鲜石斑在汤头里汆烫后鲜味十足且有嚼劲，赞！

除了以上的人气单点菜色以外，Plus One也将在春节以后推出全新的特色单品如七彩鱼丸、越南春卷等为menu注入新血。而想揪团到访的吃货们，只要人数十人以上，老板也贴心的应所订的预算提供客制化菜单，可致电洽谈哦。

Within Setiawalk Puchong lies a hidden gem, one that not to be missed by Japanese food lovers.. Behold foodophile, may I present to you Bonbori Japanese Cuisine @Setiawalk Puchong, an uprising Japanese restaurant which serves great variety of authentic Japanese cuisine, one of the best in town!

With its comfy interior, warm welcoming services, FRESH & delightful dishes, it is totally understandable why the 6 month old restaurant has been packed with people since its opening back in March 31st, 2013.

I was at Bonbori the other night attending a food tasting session held under OpenRice MakanVentures & gosh it was splendid as each & every one of us were surprised by both the fine quality of food & warm lovely hospitality.

Starting the session with an awesome Hanami Sashimi Moriawase ('Hanami' Sashimi Platter ft. salmon, butterfish, tuna, yellowtail, scallop, surf clam, sweet shrimp, Ikura, ebiko). The nicely sliced sashimi with perfect thickness & exceptional freshness makes us crave for more. Shirauo karaage (fried ice fish). Crispy aromatic ice fish which makes a nice snack with beer/sake, taste best while warm with a few drops of lemon on it. Shake Atama Kimchi Soup (Salmon fish head & kimchi soup). Delicious pot of appetising soup with mushroom & cabbage, only mild spices from the kimchi though. Slightly salty to have it alone but it definitely goes well with a bowl of great tasting Japanese rice. Love the luscious gelatinous broth.Ebi cheese (rice row with cheese). A new creation worth trying. The cheesy sensation is just fine with the fresh shrimp topping & favourable homemade mentai sauce. Bacon asparagus kushiyaki. This nicely grilled, chewy bacon with refreshing asparagus is a regular's favourite, do take note that it is not available on the menu & need to be order separately.Soft shell crab spicy mayo maki. A tasty mayo soft shell crab which is crispy on the outside and soft on the inside.Surume Ikashio (grilled squid). Wonderfully grilled to tender perfection squid with no trace of overcook to be found. I could actually taste a slight sense of sweetness from the super fresh squid.Katsu curry Udon. Springy udon with luscious Japanese curry & nicely marinated deep fried pork cutlet (would be even better if it is juicier though). Overall Bonbori Japanese Cuisine @Setiawalk Puchong is for sure an uprising restaurant which serves FRESH authentic delightful Japanese cuisine in a cosy & comforting atmosphere with a decent price, a restaurant which I highly recommended for those who seeking for some gratifying Japanese food.

Since my China backpacking trip few months ago my crave for authentic chinese cuisine never stops, so when I got an invitation from OpenRice MakanVenture to try out the Chinese Muslim restaurant Dong Yi Shun (东伊顺) @ Dataran Glomac Kelana Jaya, I was pretty excited hoping that this could be my crave-stop remedy.. So how was it you ask? Well let's just say the quest searching for authentic chinese cuisine continue.. -_____-

Don’t get me wrong though, the food here at Dong Yi Shun is quite nice for a chinese muslim restaurant in malaysia & they come with a presentable plating plus a very reasonable price. Also their warm welcoming services by those lovely and sincere waiters is something that I would give credit to. ^^ However the drawn back here is that the taste of most dishes we tried just wasn’t satisfying enough as I was expecting a little bit more from this well develop franchise originated from China since they are a well develop group with more than 10 restaurants around Ningbo, Hangzhou, Yiwu & over 10 years of experience in serving Chinese Muslim food. Personally most of the dishes aren’t really close to what I had back in China, probably because of the changes in taste they made to suit the appetite of locals, some might find it a thoughtful gesture however I still favors the authentic recipe.

So here's what we had during our MakanVenture.Overall what standout among all the food that we tried would be their beef & other meat based dishes. The nicely marinated tender meat which coated with assorted herbs and spices are simply aromatic & irresistible. The minced beef filling for Xiao Long Bao & Pan Fried Dumpling are pretty impressive too & they would've been perfect if not for the lack of juicy broth. As for the rest of the food, average & decent would be my word of description. -___-

For noodles lovers, don't forget to try out their handmade La Mian, a huge bowl of delightful springy thin noodles made by constant pulling, twisting & tossing of a lump of dough via the muslim chef originated from china.^^So if you're looking for a decent chinese muslim restaurant with reasonable price somewhere around kelana jaya, Dong Yi Shun (东伊顺) would be a nice option to be taken into consideration.
