Yorshin Noddle Smile Sep 24, 2013   (Related Review)

Kim Gary combines the essence of Chinese and Western food culture. Beside Hong Kong style food, they also offer Korean and Japanese dishes. One difficulty here, very hard for you to choose the meal, as they also too many choices. The menu are crazy, from ala carte, to set lunch, even the beverages also have plenty of choices. Normally it is crowded with people during weekday lunch hour as they offer plenty of affordable set lunch. I have ordered Yorshin Noodle Set Meal A, which come with Iced Coffee. I choose duck flavour as the soup base and the ingredient include fried egg, ham, sausage & chicken. The soup is a bit spicy, but I like it very much. Overall, I think the food here are simply delicious and set lunch is really worth the money.

One of the Kim Gary Restaurant branch is located at Ground External Floor, Mid Valley Megamal. The first restaurant was opened at Sham Shui Po Tong Mei Road, Hong Kong in 1992. It has been expanded to Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Johor Bahru and Singapore. To the pace of modern life, it is always on the fast, good and desirable needs. It combines the essence of Chinese and Western food culture. Beside Hong Kong style food, they also offer Korean and Japanese dishes. I have ordered Hokkaido Fish Curry Rice Set which comes with Cream Soup and Hot Chinese Tea. The rice is in big portion, the curry sauce a bit spicy but still acceptable and the fish is very crispy. Overall, I think the food here are simply delicious and set lunch is really worth the money.

Dome Cafe was introduced to Malaysia back in year 1995 and currently has a total of 18 branches in Malaysia. It serves both western and asian cuisines and hot and cold beverages from fine espresso beans, picked from around the world. They use chestnut and oak wood for their restaurant design, which provide a cozy, elegant ambiance for a great diversity of lifestyles. I have ordered Chocolate Shake. The Chocolate Shake is really creamy and chocolaty. It is so refreshing and tasty especially during hot weather. Overall, although the price is slightly higher, but I think it is worth it due to the food quality and the nice environment. The waiters there also very friendly.

One of the Dome Cafe branch is located at The Curve. It was introduced to Malaysia back in year 1995 and currently has a total of 18 branches in Malaysia. It serves both western and asian cuisines and hot and cold beverages from fine espresso beans, picked from around the world. I have ordered Gourmet Chicken & Mushroom Pie (homestyle chicken and mushroom filling, in a porcelain bowl, topped with golden pastry cap, serve with sautéed vegetables). The pie is simply fantastic. Once you tear off the pastry, you can see the smoke coming out from the mushroom inside. The soup is so creamy and yummy and with lots of chicken fillets. Overall, although the price is slightly higher, but I think it is worth it due to the food quality and the nice environment. The waiters there also very friendly.

Tong Pak Fu is a Hong Kong brand of dessert house which famous for their shaved ice. In addition to hot and cold Hong Kong desserts, Tong Pak Fu also features Western style desserts. In fact, there is an endless variety of desserts on their menu to choose from. Some of their most popular dishes include Chocolate Lava Cake, Glutinous Rice, Mango Snow Ice, and Peanut Cream Soup. The ambience at Tong Pak Fu is bright, cheery, and colourful where orange is their main color for the interior design. I have ordered Black Sesame Cream. The Black Sesame is really smooth, creamy and delicious. One of us who is not fancy about sweet dessert has ordered Jasmine Pearl Tea. Their tea container is very special where it can separate out the leaf and the tea. You can even request to refill hot water. Overall, I think the all desserts here are very tempting and the environment is really comfortable.
