Fermenter Pork Ribs Smile Sep 22, 2013

Paradise Inn is located at Lower Ground of Sunway Pyramid Shopping Mall, where previously is Xian Ding Wei Restaurant. It takes traditional concept and bring it to a new level of sophistication with a contemporary Oriental ambience. It is a restaurant, where combine teahouse and dessert house concept. I have ordered Fermenter Pork Ribs Rice Set. The set come with a double-boiled soups where each brewed for at least 8 hours each that are of high nourishing values deriving from superior and authentic ingredients. The ribs is well marinated and cooked where the texture is juicy and tender. Thumb up for this dish.

Malaysia first IPPUDO Restaurant is located at Level 4 of Pavilion. IPPUDO was founded in 1985 in Japan’s ramen capital of Hakata by Shigemi Kawahara, the internationally renowned Ramen King and CEO of Chikaranomoto Company, which encompasses some of Japan’s finest restaurants. There are over 65 stores in Japan, and globally in places such as New York, Sydney, Hong Kong, Singapore, Taiwan, South Korea and Shanghai. The environment is really nice and comfortable. They even use their red and white bowl and spoon as wall decoration. I have ordered one of their signature dish, Teppan Chashu (BBQ pork slices topped with poached egg served on hot plate). The pork slices is well cooked and the taste is really amazing, fantastic and amazing. Although the price is expensive, but I personally think it is worth the money for the quality of food you get and the nice environment.

I have ordered one of their signature noodle, Shiromaru Motoaji(IPPUDO’s original tonkotsu broth served with ultra-thin noodles, pork belly, bean sprouts, kikurage & spring onions. Classic Hakata-style ramen). So far this is the best ramen I ever tasted in Malaysia. The ramen is stringy and fresh, the soup is very very delicious. Do remember to put in some pepper and sesame through the crusher. They also prepare a tool for you to squeeze the fresh garlic into the ramen.

Served with thin noodles, pork belly, kikurage and spring onions. A refined, modern-style ramen). The ramen is very stringy and the soup is really really delicious. I can say is the best ramen I ever have. I personally think it is worth the money for the quality of food you get and the nice environment, plus this is internationally claimed Japanese Ramen.

One of the Lavender Bakery branch is located at Level 1 of Pavilion. It is a boutique bakery and bistro established in June 2000 inspired bu the pleasant scent and beauty of the Lavandula plant. Each branch is uniquely designed, creating a sophisticated yet comfortable ambience for an all-day-dining experience. Certain branch with bistro serves Salads, Soups, Sandwiches, Pasta and Beverages. I have bought Carrot Sandwich. It is basically a loaf made of carrot. The texture is soft and tasty too. The price is also reasonable as well.
