One of the Garden Recipe is located at Jalan Solaris 4, Solaris Mont Kiara. It is a homely feel cafe with a special combination of concepts. Originally from Melaka, where you can have their famous Salmon and Chicken serve with a special home made sauce and tasty brown rice and delicious vegetarian and fusion food. I have ordered Bitter Gourd Brown Rice Bee Hoon Soup. The ingredients include vegetables, egg, bitter gourd and fish paste. The soup is clear and not so oily and the brown rice bee hoon taste good. Anyone who is seeking for healthy food, can try to pay a visit to this restaurant.

Garden Recipe is a homely feel cafe with a special combination of concepts. Originally from Melaka, where you can have their famous Salmon and Chicken serve with a special home made sauce and tasty brown rice and delicious vegetarian and fusion food. They emphasize on 4 points – low in salt (sodium), sugar and oil but high in fiber and nutrition in all their recipes. I have ordered Salmon Fried Brown Rice. It is the first time I tried fried rice using brown rice. The taste is just normal and you will feel more healthy. Overall, I think the price is reasonable.

Garden Recipe is located at Lower Ground Floor of Paradigm Mall. It is a homely feel cafe with a special combination of concepts. Originally from Melaka, where you can have their famous Salmon and Chicken serve with a special home made sauce and tasty brown rice and delicious vegetarian and fusion food. They even offer 4 type of Quick Meals where each set comes with a cup of Green Tea. We have ordered Nyonya Ponteh Chicken with Brown Rice (Set A). The chicken is just normal, but I think the food here is healthy and the price is reasonable.

Categories : Chinese | Restaurant | Yong Tau Fu

One of the branch of Restaurant Yong Tau Foo Chen Chen is located at Menjalala Kepong, same row as the famous Pulau Ketam Steamboat. Obviously, from the restaurant name, it is specialised in Yong Tau Foo (minced pork and fish that stuff into veggie). It offers Full range of “yong” stuff like Brinjal, Bitter Gourd, Lady Finger, Chilli, Fried Foo Fu Chuk, Tau Fu, Dumpling and Bean Curd. Beside Yong Tau Foo, it also offers Fish Head Curry, Assam Kampung Fish, Steam Fish..etc. There are plenty of tables here, so normally no need to wait for any queue. Not much parking near the restaurant, so normally need to park further away especially during weekend. We have ordered 16 pieces mixture of Yong Tau Foo. Fu Chuk are fried while Tau Fu, Lady Finger, Bitter Gourd and Dumpling are in soup. The Yong Tau Foo and lettuce here are just normal for me as I think i can find other place better than this restaurant. Overall, for the price of RM1.20 per piece, i think the price is reasonable if you take the Yong Tau Foo size into consideration.

Categories : Chinese | Kopitiam

This chee cheong fun stall is located at Restaurant Mei Kingi in SS3, Taman Universiti, just opposite Kelana Jaya Community Hall Basketball Court. This restaurant is just a Chinese kopitiam that has few stalls selling different kind food. There is plenty of table as the restaurant has second floor. But try to get a table at the ground floor, as it is quite difficult to order drink if you sit at second floor. Car park will not be an issue as there are plenty of car park along the shop lot. Nothing much to discuss on the environment, just a normal Chinese kopitiam. The selling price of the chee cheong fun at this stall is RM0.90/piece. It has variety of choices, such as beam curd, tau fu, lady finger, fish ball, pork ball, bitter gourd...etc. You can choose to put sweet sauce with chilli or curry sauce. I have picked 7 pieces of ingredient and requested for curry sauce. All the ingredients are just normal, but are fresh. The curry sauce is very nice, which i think is the "heart" of the chee cheong fun. Overall, i think this chee cheong fun here is just normal.
