Kelana Jaya McDonald's branch currently is just renovated from old time design to modern and cosy design. It has outdoor and indoor seating. Few LCD TV with astro channel are installed. The environment is so nice and comfortable with relaxing music. Before I go to work today, I have decided to stop by here to try out their new weekday breakfast set. I have ordered Breakie Wrap Sausage set which comes with a coffee. The Breakie Wrap Sausage is actually one piece of sausage cut in to half, scramble egg and a quarter piece of cheese, wrapped with roti canai. It taste good and feeling great to have new type of breakfast before start my day.

Hazelnut Sesame Smile Sep 26, 2013

Tong Kee Brothers Confectionery (棠记兄弟饼家) was founded by the Hoong family during the 1960s and was well established in 1970. It now already have a number of branches within Klang Valley and their headquarter is in Pudu, Kuala Lumpur. Most of the people around Kuala Lumpur are familiar with Tong Kee's mouth watering egg tart of flaky pastry and eggy custard. One of the branch is located in Kota Damansara. Upon entering the shop, I am attracted by the smell of freshly baked bread and the colourful pastries and cakes glowing from a bright showcase. The pastries here are "non halal" as they used lards, bacons and hams. I have decided to try their cake since they are having "buy 2 free 1" promotion. I have chosen Mix Fruit Pudding, Hazelnut Sesame and Black Forest. At the price of RM13.80, you can get 3 slices of cake, which I think is really worth the money. All the cake are nice, personally I like the Hazelnut Sesame Cake very much, the taste is really unique and the sponge is really fragrant and light.

One of the Original Kayu Nasi Kandar branch is located at Bandar Puteri, Puchong. Nasi Kandar had its humble origins in Penang Island, Nasi’ means rice in Malay while ‘Kandar’ refers to a formidable stick that is slung across one’s shoulder to carry heavy objects securely hung on both ends of the stick. Their signature dish of course is Nasi Kandar, Roti Tissue, Lassi drink and Cheese Naan. I have ordered Roti Canai as my breakfast. The roti is very crispy and taste good especially when dip inside the dal. Overall, the food is expensive compare with other normal mamak shop. But with their quality of food and nice environment, I think is worth the money.

One of the Original Kayu Nasi Kandar branch is located at Bandar Puteri, Puchong. It started out with a stall at a coffee shop in SS2 Chow Yang here back in 1974 and grew to become one of the most popular “Mamak” restaurants in Klang Valley and Penang. Their signature dish of course is Nasi Kandar, Roti Tissue, Lassi drink and Cheese Naan. I have ordered Maggi Soup (curry). The Maggi Soup of course is nice where the taste you cannot get if you cook yourself at home. The ingredients include tomato, vegetables and egg. Overall, the food is expensive compare with other normal mamak shop. But with their quality of food and nice environment, I think is worth the money.

Roti 3 Rasa Smile Sep 26, 2013

One of the Original Kayu Nasi Kandar branch is located at Taman Dato Ahmad Razali, Ampang. It started out with a stall at a coffee shop in SS2 Chow Yang here back in 1974 and grew to become one of the most popular “Mamak” restaurants in Klang Valley and Penang. Today, from the little stall around the corner, many such eateries have envolved into much bigger establishments with some owning chains of restaurants that carry same name. Today morning, I have decided to stop by here for breakfast. I have ordered Roti 3 Rasa ( Egg, Planta & Kaya) and Teh Tarik. The roti is so tasty, especially when dip inside the dal and I think this is the only "Mamak" that offers this type of roti. The teh tarik is smooth which give you the kick to start the morning. Overall, the food is expensive compare with other normal mamak shop. But with their quality of food and nice environment, I think is worth the mone
