This was recommended by the staff when we can't decide what to order. He said this was a best-selling dish as it is unlike the normal pizza. He's right about it being different. Unfortunately, it tasted weird to me and I couldn't take more than 2 spoonfuls of this. The dough texture they used actually resembles that of a cake and it tasted like one too. Sweet and spongy. I personally, didn't like this but it's something new.

The mushroom soup wasn't too thick but not too dilute either. It has a hint of sweetness to it. Overall, the mushroom soup was good and the pane was super fluffy. The pane was actually quite big, don't be fooled by the picture.

The premium must-try fried chicken. It reminds me of the spicy version of KFC minus the oily part since it's cooked in Olive Oil. Recommended to try if you're dining in BBQ.

Personally made and served by the boss himself. My friend approves it.

They were quite generous seeing how big the portion of the salad is. It was very fulling and it's not half bad. Nothing like a healthy does of veges and protein for lunch.

I was looking forward to trying the Nutella mille crepe but they it was sold out so I opted for this one as it was recommended by the boss of the place. I'd say it was too sweet for me, but it was crunchy.

Food tasting with StarHero OK Mar 08, 2014

I totally adore salad and I must say, I love their salad sauce as it was tangy. I favor the shrimp salad more because of the issue with the smoked salmon. Though if eaten with the leafy bits, I guess it's not half bad.

Everything was nice except the salmon because it was too salty for me. Also, the bread(?) base was a little bit stale and hard to chew, I wonder if it's because they waited too long for us to start. Nevertheless, it serves as a great snack and appetizer.

With extra gravy!! And they even have fried golden mushroom, my fav. Okay, enough about the side dishes and back to the steak. The steak was super huge and the one I got was medium cooked, which I think was a little overcooked because I had a hard time chewing it. As for the taste and flavor..... I find it very disappointing.

It's been so long since I've had middle eastern food and I have forgotten how fragrant their rice can be. The lamb shank was so soft and tender but I think it lacks of taste. The sambal/sauce was awesome though.

To my surprise, the chicken rendang was really good! Though the ikan bilis was a bit too hard and had gone stale too.

It was pretty weird to see a very Chinese-like restaurant to serve foods like this. This is not any ordinary pork chop. The gravy was something else! No wonder this was so popular. For ten ringgit, I'd say this was a steal.

I didn't really like the roti babi though. First of all, it looked very unpresentable. I mean just look at it. I held very high hopes for this one, but this is just mehhh. Maybe because I don't like tunas and also the portion is too small!

I saw a lot of people buying the cakes from the counter and also ordering to their tables. So, I decided to buy some to try too. Beside this, they also sell rolls. This is not half-bad actually.

Average Japanese food OK Feb 27, 2014
Categories : Japanese | Restaurant | Steaks / Chops | Ramen/Udon/Soba

The food was just average, but not as good as Sushi Zanmai (where I usually go for Japanese food). They do have variety of foods though. They even serve rice, porridge, noodles, salads, and many more ala carte foods. But I guess normally people would choose from the set menus, since they are much more "cost-efficient".
I think they over-marinated the unagi, even the rice tasted too sweet for my taste.

In my opinion, the rice wasn't fluffy enough.

The Udon was delicious! but the roll was just average. Well, the fried crab was stale.
