Har Gao Smile Sep 15, 2013

Categories : Chinese | Restaurant | Dim sum | Porridge

The scrimp inside the har gao is fresh! You can feel the crunchiness of the scrimp when you eat it. It have one scrimp for a har gao and you can feel they are some juice come out from the har gao when you eat it. For the skin it is a bit like transparency and you can see the scrimp through the dim sum. The skin is smooth and fluffy also. The whole dim sum won't feel oily so overall the taste is great!

The sambal petai taste great. You can taste the crunchy petai mixed with spicy sambal sauces. The taste of the sauce is a little sour, sweet and spicy. They also fried this dish with some scrimp. The scrimp is lot and quite fresh. You can taste the crunchiness of the scrimp in this dish. I certainly love this dish and enjoy every bite till the end. Remember to mix with rice if not will be too spicy tongue

Quite easily found in malaysia. Almost all the restaurant can find sushi king. Some of the branches's service is bad but some it good.

fried scrimp sushi :
The fried scrimp sushi is crispy and crunchy. They use some flour to fried the scrimp. Unfortunately, the fried scrimp is a bit oily for me. The taste is quite delightful for me. For the rice it is quite sticky and fluffy.

Salmon sushi OK Sep 15, 2013

Salmon :
The salmon is quite fresh. The salmon are raw and it is something like sashimi. They have two types of sauce one type is sweet which is more thick and another type is salty which is watery.

Rice :
The rice is sticky and it taste average for me. You can taste some vinegar taste in the rice. Quite soft and fluffy rice they have. There are some wasabi between the salmon and the rice.

Pan Mee Smile Sep 15, 2013

I love their dried chili pan mee. It is great. Their pan mee is smooth and nice.
They put some chili flacks in the chili pan mee but the spiciness is average. My favorite part of the pan mee is the half boil egg in their pan mee. The put some minced meat in the mee too and some "keropok". It is quite crispy and crunchy. The also have some vegetables and fried spring onion in the dish. They give will give a small bowl of soup too.

Overall taste great! lol
