I was aghast that a Japanese cafe, albeit a street food version does not have wasabi. Anyway, not much choice since we have ordered the food.
My friend ordered the Beef Ramen (RM 12.50) which is quite reasonably priced. Although the beef is not thinly sliced like what we expect Japanese ramen beef to be like, it is excusable since they are new and not really that high class. But at least there is no beefy smell. There are a lot of ingredients such as corns, carrots. beef and tendon, thin fishcakes and also spring onions. Thank god the soup is not overly salty like how the one in Paradigm Mall is for a certain ramen shop. We finished the soup to the very last drop!
The Gyoza (RM 8.50) is quite ok, just normal, but a bit too oily that I had to suck the oil out using the tissue paper.
The Kimuchi Seafood Bento Set (RM 17.90) is the star. The rice is fragrant and delicious and had enough flavours of kimchi. There were a lot of ingredients like octopus, fresh prawns, roasted chicken bits, omellete slices and also kimchi on top. This comes with a set that is with miso soup and a small portion of korean omelette.
