This was the boyfriend's order for our brunch date ^^ A different take from the usual eggs and toast meal in kopitiams!
We were served plain crunchy bread, which tasted soooo good on its own, even without the butter. The eggs were also half-boiled, so its definitely an amazing sensation when the egg yolk bursts and overflows on to the bread. Great brunch indeed!

Had cravings for pancakes one day and decided to drop by Red Beanbag in Publika for brunch ^^ I chose the pancakes with fruits one which came with strawberries and blueberries. The fruits were fresh and sweet - just how I like it. Th pancakes were stacked neatly and dressed with honey, strawberry and chocolate syrup, so all the more sweetness multiplied here. I love the extra butter topping too, which glazes the fluffy pancakes smoothly.

Char Siu, also known as chinese style barbequed roast pork is very famous in Sun Ming too! Char sius are cooked as long strips of seasoned boneless pork and are skewered with long forks and placed in a covered oven or over a fire.

Sun Ming's were amazingly tasty and the fatty meat were so chewy! The crust is especially crunchy and saltier with all the glazed barbeque sauce.

Sun Ming's roasted duck is a complete bestseller - everyone comes to Sun Ming as early as possibly and line up/queue to pack or tapau the ducks home.

My parents prefer to eat on the spot so here's my dish. Roasted duck meat, glazed with dark duck extract sauce and served with 'oil rice'. Looks good, and tastes even better! Sun Ming's duck meat were tender and juicy, and great when dipped with the duck sauce.

Siu Yuk, also known as crispy roasted pork belly are meat that have been roasted in a charcoal furnace at a very high temperature. Sun Ming's was balanced between crispy skin and tender, juicy meat. I especially loved the skin which was crunchy and salty. The meat was soft and tender, and tasted good on its own without any complementing sauces as well. The overall meat is so mouthwatering and delicious!
