Chocolate Mint Brownie.....orgasm to mint and chocolate lovers. The mint was so strong that we could smell it when they served us. The whole block of brownie tasted really rich and minty. Its like biting on a Snicker's bar but better. A definite must try for mint and chocolate lovers. However, the portion is rather small, its about a finger's length. RM3.5 p/slice, rating 8/10.

Blue Paranormia Smile Jul 12, 2013   (Related Review)

This was the last burger served and by far the one with the strongest flavour. Blue Paranormia. Its beef topped with BLUE CHEESE. I had to share with another blogger, so I had a quarter of it. Even if it was a quarter, even if the blue cheese was really minimal, the flavours engulfed my mouth. Really really awesome. I may not like blue cheese, but to incorporate it into a burger, it really packs a punch. A little goes a long way huh....

Teriyaki Chicken Onsen Tamago

Teriyaki Chicken Onsen Tamago

Served with half boiled egg at the center, seaweed, spring onion and Japanese mayonnaise on top. I've never experience an egg on a pizza, so we thought that "Hey, why not try it out?"

Without further a due, after snapping some photos, we started eating like Bear Grylls. The crust was quite thin and crispy. It is not as thin as the one served in Dominos, but its still thin. The teriyaki chicken inside was cooked perfectly. It was tender and full of flavour. There was also caramelised onions inside which gave it added sweetness. The whole pizza tasted really sweet as compared to regular Italian pizza.

Do not be fooled, the pizza may look small and tiny, but it was rather heavy, especially with the help of the egg. The egg plays the important role of minimizing and balancing out the sweetness of the teriyaki sauce and the seaweed and spring onions acts as vegetable to give it that freshness. Overall, the pizza was really flavourful!

I know some of you may not like sweet pizza or even think that this pizza is 'fake'. But hey, its Japanese pizza right? Even the American pizzas are different compared to the Italians. Do give it a try, highly recommended!

Teriyaki Pork Burger Smile Jul 02, 2013

Teriyaki Pork Burger

Teriyaki Pork Burger

My order of Teriyaki Pork Burger. I made a resolution to try all kinds of burger earlier this year and this is my process of doing so. The pricing caught my eyes, only RM13.90! I had to try it out! To my surprise, when the burger was served, it was huge! I mean, really huge! Like they say, size matters right?

Can't wait to try it out, I took a photo of it and started biting on this beast. Upon my first bite, it was.... heavenly. I personally don't like sweet things, but this burger is different. The balance of sweetness and saltiness was there. Although I would honestly say that it was 65% sweet and 35% salty, but it's all in a good way.

The patty was juicy, tender, sweet, and very well seasoned with teriyaki. The teriyaki wasn't overpowering the flavours of the pork as well. The egg added some moisture and texture to it. The egg yolk burst and the juices were flowing down! Fresh lettuce onions made the burger felt light and fresh, somewhat healthy. The buns were consistent, it was neither too hard or soft and was able to hold all the juices of the burger quite well.

For sweet tooth, this burger is a must try. However, the only downside to the burger is...no fries served. But hey, the price is cheap right? Highly recommended!

Chicken Bolognese Spaghetti, an Italian classic. One would expect any Italian restaurant to master the bolognese pasta first. In fact, this particular chicken bolognese spaghetti was really good. Not to mention it was only RM9 for a large plate that could surely make 2 person full. The bolognese sauce was packed with tomato and chicken. It wasn't diluted like many other cheap Italian restaurants. Furthermore, it was also well seasoned. Conclusion, cheap, good, worth it!
