Pizza and Coconut Pastry Smile Jul 12, 2013

Pizza and some coconut thing. Both were very good. The pizza doesn't taste a bit like Jusco's or Berry's
pizza at all. It is unique it its own way. Flavours was good and it didn't felt cheap. The amount of cheese on top was very also very generous. Plenty of pineapples could be seen as well.

The coconut thing was not bad. It has sliced ham and cheese which gave a real meaty bite whilst other herbs and ingredients worked in reverse.

Fish & Chips

Fish & Chips

The fish batter was really light and well fried. The fish was tender and flaky on the inside. The fish was to my liking. I even asked for extra tartar sauce and they gave me extra without questioning.

The salad was fresh and crisp. Simple and clean, really liked it. The fries however was disappointing. They were really cheap-low-cost fries which I hate. If only they had their fries changed, the whole meal would be really satisfying.

Goulash Smile Jul 02, 2013

Goulash

Goulash

The goulash was flavourful and well textured. It has lots of vegetables which includes carrot, potato, capsicum and tomato. The balance of flavour was simple and clean.

The garlic bread was toasted really well. Crispy and crunchy on the skin, soft and warm inside. The garlic was well spread across the baguette making it really well flavoured throughout. The combination of both garlic bread and goulash was really good. I really liked it.

The open face shrimp sandwich is something I wasn't daring enough to try till now. Possibly because the shrimp looked a bit scary. So yeah, I've finally tried it and I have to say I loved it. I do not know why I was that stupid to order this when I was younger but anywho, better late then never.

The shrimps were cold and really juicy. The lettuce was used to hold the entire thing together along with some mayonnaise and egg below. Both the mayonnaise and egg were a great compliment to the shrimps, packing more flavours into it. Which that rich and creamy taste, a slice of lemon and some cucumber was used to tone it down. Not that much, but definitely a difference. The entire thing was then placed on top of a square bread. Lovely!

French Toast OK Jul 25, 2013   (Related Review)

RM10 may seem a little pricey for a French Toast. However, this is no ordinary French Toast. Instead of using bread, pan fried with butter, this tasted more like pancake-flour. It was extremely soft, light and moist. With the additional help of maple syrup, mixed with a few drops of lemon juice; decreasing its sweetness and a few cutlets of sausage, the French Toast is complete.
