Sweet and sour tomyam squid is another delicacies and its filled with vegetables on the bottom of the dish plate. Love the way its presented in the fish- shaped steel plate, and served hot. The squid is fresh and tender, not overcook. The sauce is on mild spicy and the broth and soup is tasty. Serving is just nice for 4 person and is a delicious dish. Not salty and vegetable is sweet, a good blend.

lol

The crab is very nice, and its in a piece while served. very crunchy and nicely barbequed. Very fresh meat, it does not stick on the shell and a great to have dish. The chilli padi sauce is spicy, a touch of thai sauces. The red colour is lovely and the size of the crab is enough for sharing of 2 person per crab.

As for the service, it does not impress me, as for air-conditioned room, the bill has to come to RM300. hmmm...

pork neck

People say pork neck is tender in texture and yes, this is my first time with it. Tender and juicy, its being grilled and barbequed into perfection. the surfaces is golden brown and the meat is fresh. Served with parsley green, its appetizing just to eat it on its own. However, its kinda pricey, looking at RM26 for this small serving. The meat dip with its special sauce is yummy.

Fried Paku Smile Jul 31, 2013

BBQ Thai Street Food is a restaurant with an open air and wooden huts design, and had a unique setting with Thai and Malaysian mix. Fried Paku is nice, but the portion is average. Love the spices they put in, the amount of spices compare to the paku is consider a lot, and that's make the paku tasty. A little on the spicy side, but goes along well with the rice. Paku is not too old and crunchy.

The fried noodle is tasty and the portion is just nice. Mixture of both kueh teow noodle and mee noodle, and fried with minimal oil. The meat and prawn is fresh and marinated well. The place is well air-conditioned and cozy, thus the price of one fried noodle is doubled compare to the one in stalls. Still a good place for lunch and dinner. Madam kwan has now a lot of outlet besides its popular KLCC and Mid valley.
