Galaxy puchong did try a little hard to serve everything from rice to noodle and western fusion. I manage to try the Galaxy fried rice, which I thought was a good try and decision to serve that on the menu.Served with two fried chicken wings, pickled vegetables and fried egg, the fried rice is also accompanied by crunchy prawn crackers and the awesome chili sambal. It is smart to serve this with pickled vegetable as that would perk up the taste bud hence resulting in this dish being more appetizing. This sells at Rm 17.90. It is not cheap, but I supposed we’ll have to pay a bit more for the service and the ambience.

The mains were this great list of assorted Ingredients of a variety of poultries and seafood. Well I couldn’t possibly try all of it, although deep down, I really do wanna whack everything. LOL..So I tried the Maple Glazed Salmon. Salmon was moist and fresh. Chuparse los dedos!

I also tried the BBQ grilled pineapple chicken. The pineapple gave tangy sweet flavour while the BBQ sauce provides a speck of brine to this main course. Not to mention how the juicy pineapple compliments the meat so perfectly as if it was meant to be compatible with one another.

Fish Tacos are always great here. And love the generous amount of vegetables and juicy diced tomatoes with the stunning slice of fish fillet perfectly battered and fried to give the rich crispy texture on the outside while keeping the moist of the fish on the inside. When served warm, I can eat quite a few of it.

Woo Pin is famous for good fish head noodles but the stall here in Publika fail to speak for the reputation. The bowl is big and generous but the ingredients were not as fresh as the ones we had in the shop. If I really want some of their fish head noodles, I think I 'll travel a bit more next time to their shop.
