Soft boiled eggs Smile Dec 18, 2013

Classic breakfast at most coffee shops are now available in a better and more comfortable dining ambience. The half boil eggs and toasted or steamed bread is consistently fresh at the Papa Rich, making this awesome breakfast available all round the clock. Soft boiled eggs are always fresh and super amazing when served hot. Don't forget to pair that with steamed bread slices.

The Roasted Suckling Piglet which is heavenly amazing. But, I honestly haven’t tasted any roasted piglet that is not tasty. This dish is a pretty standard dish with not much variant anywhere else because it is pretty much just done by plain roasting, so what could probably go wrong? Served with this is some fresh raw mango slices.

White wantan mee Smile Dec 16, 2013

This one is a very famous Wan tan mee noodle in Melaka. There are only two places which sells wan tan mee with this flavour and you must really taste this one to be able to segregate good wan tan mee. The sauce and gravy to mix the noodle would be the one that makes this noodle super awesome. Instead of the usual black soy sauce that makes wan tan mee commonly looking brown, they use light seasoning and super thick broth with intense flavour, as well as lard oil. The noodles are also great in the sense that they were not mushy but cooked with the right technique and timing to make it springy. It is probably the in Melaka.

The dishes are all clever cross of creativity and brilliant mix of ingredients. The Deep Fried Lotus Root and Yam with Butter has a texture that is stunningly crispy and addictively tasty. Brilliantly julienne into strips and stir with curry leaves for that fragrant, this makes a great beer snack.

Categories : Chinese | Kopitiam

The nearby food court here at the sin hoe garden is a great place for family and located fight at the center of the sin hoe garden taman, this is the place where people gather in the morning for coffee and breakfast. The wet market is right nest to this food court so expect a lot of housewife and retirement elderly at this area during morning. At approximate distance around this food court is where this café restaurant is located. A very vintage and old school coffee shop that is popular with many traditional dishes that is the all time favourite of many customers here. The specialty is the duck noodle with optional noodle type that comes in either soup or dark sauce. The slices of duck meat are lusciously amazing while the coriander and parsley adds more frangrant and aroma to this delicious noodle. Served with a braised egg that is superbly flavourful and chili paste, this bowl of noodle would get you hooked to this upon the first bite. There are all sorts of other local delights for those keen with the local flavours, as well as the famous dishes which passionately represent the unique flavours of Malaysian culture.
