The restaurant is not difficult to locate but I have the approximate location should anyone be interested to figure out the direction. If it makes it any easier, it is located along the same row to where Maybank and CIMB bank is. Their dishes are served ver ala melayu instead of mamak style. Of course , they will still have things that are commonly found in usual mamak restaurants. But mostly fishes.

Stir fried spinach here is also great. It was very clean and carefully rinsed and there was no sign of any excessive soil like most places when it comes to this dish. It easily takes the fragrant and aroma of garlic and simple seasoning like salt. Mild sweetness from the vegetable and lightly flavoured to best go with rice.

I thought the portion is slightly huge because there were lots of ingredients in it. The generous ingredients are not really a bad thing but having a lot of ingredients alone is not enough affirm the taste of this noodle. But because of the generous amount of ingredient in this, the flavour is delicious. The stock used to cook should be a thick one cause it very tasty.

Lim Tian Puan is one restaurant with a long history in Melaka. It has been around for a long time and many local has accustomed to their dishes. The restaurant serves mainly Chinese cuisine and occasionally host wedding dinners as well. On normal occasions, customers can order lavish dishes as well. Ingredients for the pastries and breads are all imported directly from France. Of course each delicate piece of these yummy pastries is not cheap for Melaka standard. Nonetheless, they are definitely worth every cent paid. Be bold with choices like the savoury Chicken Ciabatta with Blue Cheese at RM 3.80. Blue Cheeses are slightly different from the common cheese most Asians are accustomed to, so some might find this tasting somewhat diverse.
