sarawak kolok mee Smile Dec 18, 2013   (Related Review)

The night dining experience is definitely better than during peak hours in the day time. There a whole range of choices which is great for to providing the neighborhood around this area with decent with wholesome food. The popular dish here is the Sarawak kolok mee, the famous Kuching 'Kolo mee' or 'koh-loh mein' , cooked and then serve with garlic, shallots, minced pork, white vinegar, pork balls. It was okay, not as good as something I would crave for everyday, but every now and then I would remember the flavour of the noodle and the good texture that I enjoyed very much.

Ingredients for the pastries and breads are all imported directly from France. Of course each delicate piece of these yummy pastries is not cheap for Melaka standard. Nonetheless, they are definitely worth every cent paid. Be bold with choices like the savoury Chicken Ciabatta with Blue Cheese at RM 3.80. Blue Cheeses are slightly different from the common cheese most Asians are accustomed to, so some might find this tasting somewhat diverse.

croissant Smile Dec 18, 2013

The Croissant is fantastic and richly buttered with the perfect loose texture that is beautifully rolled in to croissant. I didn’t like how the pastries were slightly over baked judging from the colour of some of the buns and pastries. Selling at RM 2.50 each, it is still great to go with a bowl of hot and creamy soup.

Here is the Pork Meat Soup, all ready to go as a communal starter and perfect for sharing when eating in a big group. There are lots of ingredients inside the soup so the soup taste fabulous. The place is very simply laid and very casually comfortable while highly relying on the weather to affix more joy to the entire dinning process.

Double sensation Smile Dec 18, 2013

Categories : Western variety | Restaurant | Pizza/Pasta | Halal

Being one of the earliest pizza chains in Malaysia, they are constantly coming up with new menus and the most recent one is filled with lots of ingredients. Double sensation is one of them. On top of the cheesy lava crust, there is another fold and of sausage ring in the middle. And not just any sausage, but the cheesy sausage stuffed crust.
Top that with rolls of hams in the middle of the pizza, making this the prettiest pizza I’ve ever seen.
The crust was really thin and the topping were so generously flavourful.
