不懂为什么看见这个老板总是觉得很有亲切感,所以就走上前买了三块了。这里的apong balik是一片似的,是老板一个人用双手制作而成的。这里的apong balik粉不会很厚,脆脆的一咬即碎,花生还很香呢。

逛夜市的时候看见卖粽子的就毫不犹豫的买了两粒来试试。我看见档口旁有一个大的锅,应该是老板间断性的蒸热粽子,因为我吃得时候还是温温的。这档的粽子是用白糯米做的,没有炒过的糯米真的差一点,可是它的馅料很够味而且一点都不会少。

这里的甘蔗水我们能够看见老板直接从甘蔗搅正甘蔗水,那种纯的甘蔗水可是很甜的。我在百货公司喝过甘蔗水是用粉冲而成的,味道一点都不像我喝的正庄甘蔗水。从此以后我不再和百货公司的水了,因为印象不好了嘛。

也不懂从几时开始没有吃过夜市买的蒸花生了,我想应该是小学时期到现在吧,一点都不夸张。因为随着家人的口味,我开始对它没有欲望了。今天心血来潮买上了一包,热乎乎的花生把纸袋都弄成蒙蒙的雾水,有的花生壳也被老板的蒸功避的开了。花生粒粒都熟透,带点咸味,很快就被我吃光了。

我在夜市里看见卖炒板栗的就很自然的走上前去,然后买一包。可是刚巧那一轮卖完了,我只有等咯。眼看大大的锅里放满了粗盐火炉呼噜呼噜的炒着板栗,终于可以吃了。炒板栗看起来比没炒时更黑了,而且也爆开散发出板栗的香味。
