好吃的加哩就要看厨师舍得放材料吗。当然在这间店我有信心,他们在调味上用了很多心思。一口下去那个加哩就知道了,汤汁很浓郁,羊角豆最适合当这加哩的蔬菜,因为他能够吸收加哩。长豆和茄子也是通常会是加哩鱼头其中一些必备蔬菜。加哩鱼头非常适合配饭,而且是一碗接一碗。

非常重口味的配搭,虾和韭菜都被包裹着薄薄的外皮由油炸至脆。相当特殊的,咬了它一口,爆出香脆多汁的大虾结合韭菜是令人难以置信的好吃。点上辣椒酱,更能吃出另一个好味道来噢。

那天碰巧来到这里,看见牌后好奇心驱使我接近探个究竟。说真的打着热椰奖饭我还真的第一次听,我的印象里椰浆饭就是香蕉叶包着准备好放在桌子,要它是热的真没什么可能。这档的饭之所以能够是热的因为他们做保温,等顾客来才包上。热腾腾的椰浆饭包在香蕉里味道更加香了。

这烤牛排烤外层香脆可口,里面的肉非常多汁,这就是他们的厨师的招牌酱,令人惊讶的美味。全餐金枪鱼肉的烟熏味酱完美匹配,吃了终让人回味。如果吃半生肉的人可以试,很好吃tongue
