今天和老弟来这里的吃东西,第一次来吃Din Tai Fung ,店里的能看见透明式玻璃看见现层厨房忙碌的厨师。红烧牛肉面以牛骨熬成的汤头,牛劲十足但却稍微带腥。牛肉煮得透之外,筋肉软硬度恰到好处。

以前我一直以为,松软的包皮的才叫着小笼包,原来不是!热腾腾的竹笼里装着一粒粒晶银剔透的小笼包,小笼包,最重要的是,包皮,肉身,和汤汁。说真的,猪肉和鸡肉傻傻分不清楚,我觉得都是一样的,而虾肉很新鲜且脆口是我的最爱。

我很喜欢吃南瓜咸蛋黄,最重要是蛋黄进口融在嘴里的feel.涂上面糊先把南瓜拿去炸,用微火煮溶的咸蛋黄就足以让人爱得要生要死。咸蛋黄坚韧不拔的质地紧紧地包在南瓜上,再添加南瓜的口感和风味。而且香脆外皮里是软软而原汁原味的南瓜,赞!

smashies burgers利用天然的材料做成四种不同颜色的汉堡皮。 那四个颜色以及原料就是,Black - bamboo charcoal bun, red - red yeast bun, orange - sunkist orange, green- pandan, yellow - dal pigeon pea. 鸡肉很够味虽然看起来很厚却是完全熟透的,好吃。

一间刚开不久的店-smashies burger,虽然是新开的店但没有难闻漆味。牛肉汉堡,这里特别的是他的牛肉并不是市面上一些商家买的普通水牛肉,它是特别进口的牛肉。利用肉碎烤成的肉饼,融化了在肉饼上面的cheese,让人爱而不舍。
