今天特地带表妹来这里吃这档的章鱼烧，至前来到很早就卖完，今天特地早来。果然，人潮已经很多了，我们加了虾和sotong的章鱼烧。老板是放很多料的，你要下去绝对不会整嘴面粉味而是慢慢的料，不妨试试噢.

这里卖的面包很松软的，之前我吃过这个老板卖的了，所以今天特别再光顾。这次我买了葡萄糖面包，松软的面包上粘着粒粒的葡萄粒，还有幼糖在面包表层。还有一种小香肠面包，这个面包是小小个的面包包着小香肠，很精致美味。

这里的甘蔗水我们能够看见老板直接从甘蔗搅正甘蔗水，那种纯的甘蔗水可是很甜的。我在百货公司喝过甘蔗水是用粉冲而成的，味道一点都不像我喝的正庄甘蔗水。从此以后我不再和百货公司的水了，因为印象不好了嘛。

我还是第一次次这个炸虾窝饼而已，真的觉得很让人不能停下来呢。利用面粉然后把小小只得虾参在一起，有老板调的面粉口味加上胡椒粉的加持香脆迷人。一口咬下去就能把饼皮要开，虾仁的甜还有被炸得脆脆的直接就能吞下去了。

真的，到那么远也能吃到客家釀豆腐让我觉得格外亲切，好像自己的故乡似的。我们客家人的釀豆腐是很足料的，不但猪肉和鱼肉两参，还加了咸鱼在里面，煎得咸香咸香的。用生菜包着吃着釀豆腐，再点上辣椒，真的是极品！
