槟城其中一个著名的食物,那就是laksa面。这档是asam laksa,位于在balik pulau。看到有客人在吃,好像很不错的呢。我也叫了一碗。laksa来到我的面前,可以闻到很香的laksa味。吃下去觉得很不错呢,还有许多鱼丸,很弹牙。

今天午餐的时候,来到这个Plaza Sentosa就在ground floor 看到阿业靓汤,就进来试一试。叫了一个药材鸡,以及白饭。药材鸡的味道非常的不错呢。药材的味道很重。鸡特别的滑,吃了一口有一口呢。赞!

我从以前到现在最爱的螃蟹烹饪法就是咸蛋黄炒螃蟹,当然这里我也想试试味道怎样。这次的螃蟹我不再需要拨壳,不怕它的壳太硬拔不开来吃。而且咸蛋黄全部都会在我口中溶化,用我的舌头感觉海鲜的新鲜它的软,真的幸福。

这道翡翠奶黃軟殼蟹就是我在这间软壳蟹皇海鲜饭店吃的第一道菜也因此深刻影响。螃蟹被砍成一块块拿去炸,然后还有奶香味的蛋丝在整个碟里,辣椒叶和小辣椒的提味更能吃到牛油香。告诉你整碟螃蟹都能吞进肚子,你咬在口中的感觉真的是满足到!

这道Tofu with oyster是我朋友介绍给我吃的。来到这里就点了这道Tofu with oyster,很期待是什么样的感觉。食物上桌时,闻到很香的,外皮酥脆,淋上了mayonnaise,真真的口感就在我一口咬下去的时候。嘴里很多的感觉,他里面的oyster很新鲜,甜中带酸,硬中带软,还有新鲜的oyster.
