Been here for company annual dinner last few months.

It is located inside Hotel Intercontinental. the interior is like a huge piece picked from real China, with all the antique and mostly the plum blossom graphics around.

I love their high-class feel menus (Yes, there are high class!!!)
and their food.

the chef comes by a tray, then he start perform how to slice the very thin piece of duck skin and meat.
then is assistant will help to wrap it then serve to us.

It is really a good experience to dine at a place like this.

they called '虾酱炸鸡' (pronounce in Cantonese) for this meal when order at the restaurant.
By order this, the boss will give u the special garlic chili sauce to dip with it. i could eat it with just white rice.

Its crunchy surface, then the juicy meat after a bite, yum yum yum!...

Well, it the weather is not hot, we always order this.
A plate costs RM10 could serves 3 person lol

I came here at least once a week for lunch because it located nearby where i worked.

There so many selection here for lunch but the one i like among so many i tasted before is the Hokkien style fried mihoon.

It become all dark like you imagine they using same way to cook hokkien mee to cook the mihoon.

Added with pork fillet, fried pork oil, prawns, vegetables...then, eat it with Ban Seng's chili padi (i don't know why their chili is spicier than other...) just too nice this combination.

If you were on diet, you may try this as your dinner.
It is wrapped with mixed vegetables like carrot, black fungus, sesame and many kind more vegetable which i couldn't name it...
2 rolls of it per serving. You may dipped it with special sauce prepared, to enhance the tasty-ness. i prefer it without chili because the mixed vegetables itself is already mixture with oil and some tasty sauce lol

Recommended Dish(es):  steamed cheong fun wrapped mixed vegetables

Spending per head: Approximately RM15(晚餐)
