Kin Kin Pan Mee Smile May 09, 2013

I went to Publika on Labours' Day.

As we know Publika always flood with people.

I brought my friend here, this is her first time to Publika.

I said, you must try the best Chili Pan Mee ever! ( For me, it was the best chili so far….)

So we head to Publika Food Village (Publika main food court) and pick a nice seat.

The interior at the food court is really attractive. It was decorate with oriental style, late 60s’, so at there, you will see the photo of woman in cheongsam.

So as usual, we ordered pan mee. I suggested that not to eat it with extra dried chili flakes…because it will affected the perfect taste which is I think that the owner want to keep its origins.
So the panMee is served with anchovies, soups with vegetables, half boiled egg for to mixture it with you noodles.
Perfect.

I asked my friend, what do you think? She says it is a bit bitter the dried chili, other than that everything else in over average!
She says that she doesn’t really in love with it as I did.
Go have a try!

The best and local-japanese taste of udon that you could find in Kuala Lumpur.

This is my second time to try this. Normally i will add-on fried vege in flour onto my udon soup.
You may choose soup in hot base or cold base. some people here purposely to try the udon served cold.

I personally prefer hot. Also the fried chicken added to enhanced the delicious-ness. Best!

This is an organic food restaurant.

Most of the dish here is designed with perfect healthy match which they don't use coconut milk to cook curry, Not comercial oily food and the portion of vegetable is always mush more than the main.

I ordered Basil Fried Rice with Deep Fried chicken fillet. The color of the finished dish doesn't looks lovely as i thought. But the taste really good as you may smell the scent of Basil that fried together with the rice.
