这里这道牛的面颊子就是你不得不试的美食了,通常牛扒就尝试得多了,而且也是千篇一律的做法,但焖煮了十个小时的牛颊子肉,鲜嫩多汁,而且没有浓浓的牛臊味,软嫩顺口,真的是不妨一尝的美食。

这里这道生蚝,厨师将新鲜的生蚝煮半生熟,然后再铺上满满的佐料,覆盖的配料是厨师的秘方,啜嚼起来有脆脆的香味,新鲜的生蚝肥美多汁,而且有些嚼劲,配上特制的佐料更突出了生蚝的鲜甜滋味。

这里这道虾只也非常有创意,厨师选用了新鲜的虾只,鲜甜的虾只爽口弹牙,虾只卷着新鲜肥美的海鲂鱼肉,然后再配上柠檬酱汁,酸酸的味道非常突出海鲜的鲜甜,简单的风味配搭不一样的风情。
