杨枝吉油鳕鱼,这道是这里的独家秘籍,小儿精致的卖相,重点就是煮吉油了,其中采用了`辣椒,灯笼椒,酸柑酱等食材炮制,带些少许的辛辣味,让爽脆的鳕鱼外脆内软交替出层次口感,味道酸辣满腔。

素芳烤鸭,这也是主厨另一个创新得意之作,是一道一鸭两吃,一种为炸过的面包皮,腐皮夹着酥脆的鸭皮,味道非常爽口;另一种为切丝的鸭肉捞豆瓣酱,海蛰等,味道带点微微的辣味,非常惹味可口。

炒鸭松,这道是完全是没有浪费食物的结晶,厨师将切片完毕后的北京烤鸭起肉丁,再加入萝卜,炸葱,马蒂,松子等大火爆炒处理,所以上桌是香味四溢,吃时再用生菜包着吃味道会更加酥脆爽口。
