Pineapple Lemon Water OK Sep 30, 2013   (Related Review)

Besides noodles/ rice there, Tang Pin Kitchen does serve unique drink like Pineapple Lemon Water. It is clear base like normal water but when you drink it, it is sweet and the taste of pineapple is so strong where it actually does covered up some favors from lemon. If you do like pineapple so much, this light appetizing drink with several pieces of pineapple is for you.

Golden noodles OK Sep 30, 2013   (Related Review)

Golden noodle is one of their signature food. Golden noodles came with minced pork, fried pork lard, fried fish cakes, pouched egg and sprinkled with spring onions. It tastes good like the dry pan mee at other shop but in Tang Pin, they do put big fish cakes that is yummy for me. Noodles are not the normal yellow noodles, it is handmade noodles that tasted much better in term of texture and smell.

Fried fish noodles OK Sep 30, 2013

This is something unique for me! I find it nice and that it is fried with fish paste noodles (those that you can see in steambot restaurant). To my surprised, this tasted real good. Texture wise the fish paste noodles is so chewy! It was fried with bean sprouts, spring onions, garlic and fish paste noodles and chee cheong fan! Special enough and taste wise, it tasted like ordinary fried kuey teow but nicer.

This post is gonna introduce a variety of meats offered by San Hui Wei Restaurant.

This is another unique steamboat ingredient that they have. Luncheon meat. It is tasty and nice for me but you have to be careful when you steam it because it will melts into nowhere. Taste wise this is salty. mad

Pork belly. Very soft and tender! Chewy in texture! THIS IS GOOD.

Chicken slices. Nice and unique! How can they cut it until this thin. Nice.

Pork slices. Good enough like those that you eat in shabu shabu or BBQ restaurant.

AWESOME lamb slices! If you are a lamb lover or even when you are not, this may tempt you to like them.So good! So chewy and tender!

辣子鸡. This super spicy chicken that cooked with whole lotsa chili padi is not official on the menu yet but you can request from them. This will go best with beer or just a bowl of plain rice! SO GOOD! It didn't leave me a stomachache even it is so spicy so I am totally in for this. tongue

Once again thank you OpenRice for the awesome dinner. It was my first time joining and I am going for a second makan venture in this week! Appreciated and thank you!

Look at the steamboat with lotsa of ingredients!!! mad
This post is gonna introduce several steamboat ingredients.

This is the cheese fish ball with cheese inside. Something unique and salty taste.

This is normal salmon or sotong ball which tasted like the other ordinary processed food.

This is something special to me. Normal pork meat is kind of smaller than this and yet the texture and taste for this is softer and nicer. Perfect for a steamboat ingredient.

Handmade noodles that looks like normal yee mee were imported from Thailand. It was chewy and flexible in texture. I like it!

This is another special ingredients that San Hui Wei has. Parsley pork ball. It has a strong parsley smell, if you like parsley with meat, this is for you.

Normal dumpling with minced pork and vege. I still prefer the grilled ones.tongue

Lastly, this is something unique! Lotus! It was really crunchy and perhaps we can cook it longer to make it softer, but overall, this is nice and everyone got to finish them up. In addition, they do serves alot of variety of steamboat ingredients, you may want to visit their restaurant to try out more.
