Recommended by my colleague to try this out. Stir-fried eggplant or brinjal we called it. Yes, all food selling in Po Ling Chinese Temple are vegetarian, you need not worry about it. This dish is something that needs skill to cook, brinjal is soft in nature and that the chef has to pre fry it before adding whatever seasoning. This dish seems oily but still ok. Slightly salty. Best to eat with rice.

Went to Po Ling Chinese Temple for a lunch. Took this stir- fried melon ( I am not sure the exact name of the melon). Taste wise, this melon is soft ( to my surprise because normally it will be little hard). They didn't remove the seed of the melon but the seeds are edible I supposed. lol
It was stir-fried with black fungus, carrots etc Quite nice to eat alone or best to eat with rice.

Was craving for some Thai food and that I was blessed that Black Canyoo Coffee restaurant actually served Thai food. Ordered stir-fried basil leaf meat, chicken meat. It came in a nice presentation on the plate with rice in square shape and stir-fried basil leaf chicken beside with some vegatables tomatoes cucumbers as decoration. Taste wise this was up to the standard. Not too oily. But it can be more spicy and thicker for their taste.

Food serves from Black Canyon is up to the standard even it offers a large range of cuisines.
Grilled fish chop from BC restaurant is ordinary. Just average. It contains a small piece of grilled fish chop, not sure that is dory fish or what, homemade coeslaw, french fries, tar tar sauce, and a slice of lemon. The fish chop is crispy from the outside yet hot and juicy from the inside, fish meat is tender. Overall ok.

Black Canyon Coffee Restaurant serves a fusion of cuisine ranging from Thai food to Western. Black canyon coffee restaurant has a lot of branch everywhere in the world. Went to the one in Bangkok and kind of miss it so we went again to the branch here in Malaysia. Mushroom soup here was thick enough. Not too salty. Creamy based, it was still alright when it was served hot.overall ok.
