Fried chicken OK Sep 29, 2013

Fried chicken as snacks anyone? I do always love to take away fried chicken and eat it at home while watching my favor movie. Fried chicken here is nice, crispy yet not oily! Meat inside is still hot even when I took away the fried chicken. Meat is tender and succulent, they do marinated the meat before fry. Look at the size of the big drumstick, that's hugeeee! Very addiction to eat continuously. It's the economic range of 'fingers licking good'.

Michelangelo's appetizer. Salad with assorted of meats, asparagus, cheese slices, baked mushroom, avocado, olive etc Taste wise is is good enough. Appetizing indeed. Portion came in big. Decent food served by Michelangelo's is famous among Malaysia. Considered one of the high tier restaurant that serves authentic Italian food. Service wise, they are good as well.

Si Chuan Spicy Tofu OK Sep 29, 2013   (Related Review)

I LOVE SI CHUAN SPICY TOFU. This one is in pure vegetarian style, no minced pork meat is found from this dish. Really yummy to eat with rice. They prepare the sauce and everything form scratch and that even it is pure vegetarian, it tasted like the usual one with pork. It is a bit oily and salty. Not really spicy. Still up to the standard of how a ma po tofu should be. Overall ok.

Recommended by my colleague to try this out. Stir-fried eggplant or brinjal we called it. Yes, all food selling in Po Ling Chinese Temple are vegetarian, you need not worry about it. This dish is something that needs skill to cook, brinjal is soft in nature and that the chef has to pre fry it before adding whatever seasoning. This dish seems oily but still ok. Slightly salty. Best to eat with rice.

Went to Po Ling Chinese Temple for a lunch. Took this stir- fried melon ( I am not sure the exact name of the melon). Taste wise, this melon is soft ( to my surprise because normally it will be little hard). They didn't remove the seed of the melon but the seeds are edible I supposed. lol
It was stir-fried with black fungus, carrots etc Quite nice to eat alone or best to eat with rice.
