Signature Dumpling Wanton Noodle Smile Jul 13, 2012

Categories : Chinese | Restaurant | Noodles | Dim sum

Was around this area in Puchong to meet my client for lunch and was invited to go to this restaurant just around the corner. Zok Noodle House, the name of the restaurant.

My client highly recommend me with their Wanton Noodle so i ordered their Signature Dish, "Signature Dumpling Wanton Noodle". Its a soup based wanton noodle. I normally would want my wanton noodle dry but since he highly recommend me with it, i shall give it a try.

After having my first bite on the dumpling wanton, i want to have my second bite already. It just tasted delicious and it is well blend with the soup. The noodle is normal but i would want to go back for Wanton again.

Parking is an issue in this area. You might want park at the IOI Boulevard if you are planning to visit the place.

Craving for Roasted Meat Smile May 07, 2012

Categories : Chinese | Restaurant | Noodles | Yong Tau Fu

I'm always on the go and whenever i'm around in TTDI, this restaurant is always my choice to go as they have a wide variety of local stuff. The stall selling chicken rice in this restaurant was in business for more than 15 years.

Was craving for roasted stuff that day and i ordered Chicken & Char Siew Rice. The portion was just nice for 1 person. The meat was ok but i personally love the char siew that comes with the gravy that was flavored with a bit of garlic tongue. Served with blend chilli + garlic, makes the meal more tasty. shocked

Will definitely be back for more... Other great food available in this restaurant, Yong Tau foo, Prawn Mee, Char Kuey Teow & Wan Tan Mee. tongue tongue tongue

The Best LOH PAN MEE in town

The Best LOH PAN MEE in town

LOH Pan Mee... Fell in love with this special combination of LOH MEE + PAN MEE, my all time favorite choice of Pan Mee. Thick gravy with your choice of noodles, thick, thin or by pieces. The noodles are bouncy and has a good chewing feel. *Doink*Doink*Doink....

Jojo Little Kitchen, Kuchai Lama Branch is always a good recommendation as there are 2 shoplots seats available. Although there are plenty of seats but still it's always pack during lunch hour. Would recommend to be there early. Price is reasonable and there are a wide variety of pan mee available. From Traditional Pan Mee to Chilli Pan Mee, whether dry or soup.

Also, try their Soya Bean drink. It's fresh and i would like my drinks mix with gula melaka.tongue

BBQ Beef Pepper Lunch Set

BBQ Beef Pepper Lunch Set

This might not be new to a lot of them who tried Pepper Lunch before. To me, this is something NEW! Always wanted to try it out whenever i uses the escalator either going up or down in Pavilion, KL and finally i found my companion to try out with me. lol

We line up one by one to have our order and once it's done, they will give you a big number for you to bring it over to your seat. I ordered BBQ Beef Pepper Lunch Set tongue that comes with either a drink or a bowl of soup and paid RM16++ for the set. As they serve ice water for free just right behind the counter, i opt for the soup instead of the drink.

Waited for about 10 minutes before food was served. Had a great time grilling my beef and mixing it with the rice and lastly adding the sauce. Honey brown sauce or garlic sauce. Since it was a working day, i would think that it is only safe to have Honey Brown Sauce. It was a perfect blend! YUMMY!!!

Will definitely go back for more choice someday again...

The fragrant of the clay pot rice is obvious even before serving. Goes well with salted fish and added more Chinese sausages (Lap Cheong) for the sake of me loving it! Yummy!!

Definitely blends well with a large variety of soups, fried noodles & rice are available too...
